Great property and host.

The host, Norman, was just so easy to communicate with. He answered several questions that I asked and provided the information that I needed. You are so close to the beautiful walking path along the ocean. The village has many shops and along the path near his place are markets to hike through and eat at. You have a lot of space with large ceilings.

The building and apartment is quirky but lovely. It’s surprisingly peaceful considering the lounge is right next to a main road. No stairs to climb. Real bonus to have a parking space. The bedrooms have an outlook straight into the garden, which is also a great space to sit out in. No one overlooks you. Some nice touches like tea, coffee, perfume, cotton pads and shopping bags. Only a 5/10 minute walk into Canterbury which has everything you could want including it’s beautiful Cathedral.

Anthony’s flat was the perfect size for our family of five with 3 bedrooms, a beautifully remodeled bathroom, a very comfortable seating area, and spacious kitchen. We appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night, but steps from the busy action of Canterbury and the cathedral. Anthony was very easy to communicate with, and he was flexible with allowing us to check out a bit later, which we were grateful for! Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely charming! We will definitely come back and stay. Tamara’s apartment is dreamy, just perfect for a long weekend. Close to the beach & high street of Whitstable. Tamara herself is lovely and the bed was super comfy. We all felt immediately at home.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

This was a return visit to James’ place. We love the location and comfortable spaciousness. The property is nicely furnished and has everything to make this a great place to stay :)

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

Great value for money Perfect location to walk around the old town, lots of restaurants in a walkable distance, cute market just downstairs on the weekends and there is a great wine bar a few doors down 🍷 Would stay again if I returned to the area

Lovely flat close to the town centre, the beach and the Harbour Arm. We drove to Folkestone and were able to park our car outside the flat free of charge for our entire stay which was great. George was a fantastic host, who responded quickly when needed - we had a problem with getting in to the flat one evening but the lock was fixed quickly by a Locksmith and George turned up to check that the problem was resolved and that we were happy. We'd definitely recommend both the flat and George to anyone looking for accommodation in the centre of Folkestone.

We had a fantastic stay. The property was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. We really appreciated the stylish décor and all the thoughtful home comforts provided. Our host was professional and welcoming, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city centre with a great selection of restaurants and bars. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the charm and picturesque surroundings of Canterbury.

Amazing last minute stay! Amenities and extras were brilliant, had everything we needed and more. As for the flat itself, it was very spacious, homely and so much natural light. The views were the selling point and they didn’t disappoint! Nikki was a great host, responded fast and would do anything to make the stay special. Can’t wait to return!

The flat was in a great location and easy to walk to wherever we needed. Aside from having a beautiful interior, the views over the sea were also stunning. Edward also very kindly let us check in early which ended up being a big help, so thank you!

Really good hub for exploring east Kent. Finding property is easy and it is in a quiet estate with good off road parking right outside the door. Kitchen has everything you need, lounge included TV with Netflix etc and although bedroom and shower/toilet are compact they are more than enough for staying a few nights with good wardrobe and drawer storage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica’s & Jeremy’s lovely apartment! The apartment has every amenity you could wish for and the location is ideal! We had truly excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. We have no hesitation in fully recommending a stay and we very much look forward to returning in the near future!
