We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, my wife and I and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable swimming pool of the residence. We never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The apartment is top notch in a beautiful house right on the sea. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach in front of the house. We felt very comfortable. It should be noted that the apartment is located directly under the roof on the third floor without an elevator. However, this was no problem for us and the staircase already offers a nice flair, which is surpassed by the apartment. At summer outdoor temperatures of 35 degrees, the air conditioning has served well. It is advisable to reserve a parking space in advance or use the public parking lot about 8 minutes' walk away. We liked it very much, we will be happy to come back.

I have rarely been in such a comfortable apartment: Beautiful courtyard, cozy, warm apartment. Plenty of space and storage space/storage area. Stylish decor. Equipment brilliant. (Kitchen / vacuum cleaner, etc.)... Silvia was available at all times and very friendly. On the street café, bakery, fruit/vegetables, supermarket. Surroundings quiet, relaxed and not touristic. Simply recommended. Thank you for everything!

I stayed in this house and loved it. The house is exactly as described in the photos: clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals independently. Wonderful stay. Ivan and his family went above and beyond to make us comfortable right away, the house is beautiful and with a breathtaking view. There are several things that make it great for families with children but not only, the interiors are well cared for and the cleanliness is impeccable. Liguria is a land I recently met and it is slowly turning out to be my favorite Italian region, the kindness of people everywhere I went has remained in my heart. I recommend everyone to visit it, the convenient location of the place makes it possible to visit a number of places within a short distance such as the Albenga and Alassio promenade, but also the hinterland, with its farms and various tastings of the excellent local wines and oils. Highly recommended.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Super accommodation, functional, very clean and very well-equipped! The decor is original, the terrace is lovely. It feels like you're on vacation right away! Spacious and bright apartment. Despite being in the city centre close to traffic it is quiet as it is situated in a gated community. Having a private parking space is also a plus in Alassio! The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a 7-month daughter - as everything is within walking distance.

A great apartment, we actually didn't lack anything. With 2 children, we also had enough space and the location right on the walking path is very good for excursions from the front door. Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.
