The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. We were looking for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb on the outside and even more so on the inside with this beautiful fireplace. We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Civezza is a nice, quaint, old town, about 6 minutes by car from the nearest beach. The apartment has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the Ligurian hills and mountains, and thanks to the olive tree (and an umbrella) there is shade from morning to evening. The apartment has its own entrance on the terrace side; the house is probably at least a hundred years old (like the rest of Civezza) but very nicely updated with all facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, etc) and with all amenities nearby (grocery, restaurant, parking place, etc.). The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for what we wanted to do.

My husband, our dog Gina spent the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve in this magical place. Immersed in the silence of nature, we lived in total relaxation for 5 days between walks with Gina, readings and excursions to nearby villages where we found very good restaurants. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Very bright, warm and equipped with every comfort. Jessica immediately made herself available for any need. There was no need because her home has everything it needs to be a little slice of heaven! We left, with the desire to return as soon as possible.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Quiet but not isolated location, peace and quiet, mild climate even on New Year's Eve. Cozy house with everything you need, fenced garden and terrace with a view. Walking directly from the house. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We'll be back!🤩

A charming home in the heart of Sospel, perfect for activities in the mountains or at the sea. The accommodation is quiet and clean, with space to park nearby. Élisabeth welcomed us very warmly and is available and accommodating.

We spent the holidays over Christmas and New Year at the apartment. Adriana welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always immediately on hand for any questions or problems. The location of the house is ideal, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and city, maximum 10 minutes walk to the promenade. The outdoor area is completely fenced, and therefore ideal for our dog. The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriela and Werner's, we felt at home! Everything was superbly furnished, well equipped, very clean and of high quality. The location and views are breathtaking, the complex itself is fantastic. Above all, the wonderful hosts, their hospitality and willingness to make our vacation a real experience are to be highlighted. On the very positive side, there is a very well-stocked farm shop with moderate prices. All in all a great vacation - thank you, we will be happy to come back! Volker and Anne

after we worked our xl-bus to sant'agata, we were received very warmly. Patrizia quickly showed us everything, after that we were able to enjoy the great facility and the pool. villa angela is super well maintained and has fantastic views to the sea due to the height location, if it is not too much on the coast. Because we were there all alone, we had the nature and the great location for the 5 of us family exclusively. If all apartments are occupied, you certainly have to take more considerations, but everyone always finds plenty of space to relax. We will be back to rest. We will be back!!!

We had a great baby shower in Aurelie's garden. Her husband was extremely kind in helping us bring the things by car because pedestrian access was not practical to bring so many things. Thanks again!

The house offer everything for every generation. Enrico was very helpful in everything to make our stay a memorable one. Will visit again when we visit italy next time.

We had a nice weekend. The villa conforms to the photos. Good location if you want to rest or party . The garden is beautiful , the pool is very cute . I recommend it and we will come back without hesitation . The host is very friendly.

Magnificent place, surrounded by nature. Giorgia was super helpful, both before arrival to give us all the necessary information, and during the stay. The house is huge, there is really everything for a comfortable stay. There is also everything you need to have a barbecue. The climb to the house (the last 200m) is a bit challenging for those not used to mountain/hill roads, but they are not an obstacle for a good stay. Recommended for large groups.

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

the house really is not missing anything, clean, essential, simple but equipped with everything you need . The terrace outside with a nice view. The parking for the car is inside the courtyard, very comfortable. The house is connected to the village with a steep but short climb. In 10 minutes you can reach the sea to consider if you have motor problems. I spent a weekend of true relaxation given also by the really quiet area

Clean and tidy house in all its parts. Large house as pictured. There were 7 of us, including 3 children. We had a great time. Very quiet area. Graziella is very kind and available both before check-in until the end of checkout. Highly recommended!

A highlight of the house: the location is fantastic especially for those with children, surrounded by shops (a few meters away from excellent fresh pasta, mini market, ice cream parlors, bars) and adjacent to the ZTL, so safe to leave the house with the children as it lacks traffic. The beach and playground are steps away. The accommodation is comfortable for two adults and two children. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the host also found some breakfast products and a few bags of condiments so you don't have to shop right away. The elevator is also convenient if you move with a (small) stroller. The description of the apartment and surroundings match the description, and contacts with the host were quick and efficient. Only sore note:the floor should be cleaned more thoroughly because it left my feet black (and I ran the broom several times a day). But we were really satisfied and will definitely be back

Christina is a very welcoming host, the villa consisting of two apartments is very functional. The very large terrace on the ground floor is very nice and allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The house is outside of the city but very close to shops and activities. Thanks for the weekend.
