Le séjour s’est très bien passé. C’était très agréable, très bel appartement avec un balcon ainsi qu’une terrasse couverte très confortable ainsi qu’une jolie vue. L’appartement parfait.

Good location and great host. Perfect place to stay if ur arriving by car, as parking basement is available. Good instructions, and really nice apartment. Recommended!

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft und für das Geld gerade in Monaco ein gutes Angebot. Es herrschte überall ein angenehmer Raumduft und das Interior - Design war auch super gewählt. Ich wurde wieder kommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

Posizione ottima, pulizia impeccabile, alloggio curatissimo, host amichevole. Consigliato!

Die Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig in einem schönen Haus direkt am Meer. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Mittelmeer und den Strand vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten wäre, dass die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach im dritten Stockwerk ohne Aufzug liegt. Für uns war das aber kein Problem und das Treppenhaus bietet bereits ein schönes Flair, das von dem der Wohnung übertroffen wird. Bei sommerlichen Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad hat die Klimaanlage gute Dienste erwiesen. Es empfiehlt sich ggf. einen Parkplatz im Vorhinein zu reservieren oder man nutzt den ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war selten in solch einer komfortablen Wohnung: Wunderschöner Hof, gemütliche, warme Wohnung. Viel Platz und Stauraum/ Abstellfläche. Stilvolle Deko. Ausstattung genial. (Küche / Staubsauger usw.)... Silvia war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. In der Straße Café, Bäcker, Obst/Gemüse, Supermarkt. Umgebung ruhig, entspannt und nicht touristisch. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles !

Ho soggiornato in questa casa ed è stata un'esperienza ottima. La casa è esattamente come descritta nelle foto: pulita e spaziosa. La cucina è ben attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in autonomia. Il letto era comodo e ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole.

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Ce week-end à été fantastique. La maison est hyper chaleureuse, on s'y sent vraiment bien. La vue est sublime. Tout a été parfait! Matteo est un hôte très sympa et réactif.

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Super logement, fonctionnel, très propre et très bien équipé ! La décoration est originale, la terrasse très agréable. On se sent de suite en vacances ! Le logement est très calme et la place de parking est un vrai plus. Federico est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Auch vom Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Wir haben 7 Tage hier als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht, die Einrichtung ist toll, es war reichlich Platz.. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüllt!

Era tutto ok. Le spese di pulizia sono un po' troppo alte visto che Gisele chiede al check out di lavare i piatti e buttare la spazzatura. Bellissimo appartamento, vista mare, un po' alto a Montecarlo, se si scende in centro bisogna considerare diverse scale per risalire. Ma molto consigliato

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i området, vi gik til strand næsten hver dag. Vi køre en tur op på en restaurant som Daniela hade anbefalet kun 3 km fra boligen super hyggelig og lækker restaurant klart et besøg vær. Boligen havde alt hvad vi havde behov for, super dejlig udsigt. Vi havde mange gode aften timer på terrassen. Vi savnede en blæser mere til om natten,hvor det var ret varmt.

Eine super Wohnung, es fehlte uns tatsächlich an gar nichts. Mit 2 Kindern hatten wir auch genug Platz und die Lage direkt am Spazierweg ist sehr gut für Ausflüge von der Haustüre weg. Das absolute Highligt ist aber ganz klar die fantastische Aussicht. Mascia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.
