Air conditioning in the attic area, living-dining room.

Summer and winter, this spacious and functional place offers an ideal stay for the whole family. Located in an island of greenery (Haougara district) 5 minutes' walk from the city center, and less than 3 minutes from the Bains du Rocher and the Lys Cable Car, its location is perfect for a pleasant stay. In addition, there are many free parking lots around the residence, so there should be no parking problems. Free Wi-Fi and ski boot dryer complete the stay offer.

This house is newly renovated in part and is highly recommended for a couple with children or up to 8 adults. This is also a good option for workers as it can be set up with 8 single beds. If you come with children, you can request bicycles and toys, a high chair, a crib... Due to the renovation we are doing, one of the rooms will be set up with a living room with sofa beds, also a second industrial-type kitchen ideal for events and a dining area for 16 people
