This is a perfect place to go spend time with your loved ones. Away from cities and overall people. The house is cozy and has everything that you need and even more to make the stay memorable! Me and Henry loved being there and would have like to stay even more! Maria Celeste was very helpful to find us lost tourists from the mountains in darkness. And showed us the way to the cabin. Be aware that the road might not be for everyone to drive. But you can always leave the car up the hill and walk to the house. Ww would love to go back soon to the beautiful and adventurous place!

This is by far one of the best accommodations we've had in the past years. The house is huge and everything is provided to keep it warm even during winter, it has a lot of amneties, kitchen is fully stocked, it is both dog and child friendly and in a very peaceful location with great restaurants near by. The lady who takes care of the house is a gem - warm and generous (the house was already heated when we arrived) and the owner very easy to communicate with. Simply wonderful. To both ladies a big thank you and we hope to come back soon.

Casa dos Figos is no ordinary Airbnb. It's a lovingly restored home, rebuilt from rubble, which is helping to breathe life back into an abandoned village. It has everything you need to retreat from the busyness of modern life - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom - and return to more simple pleasures: walks through the olive groves, dips in the river, sunset or storm-watching from the veranda. The view from the back of the house has no other human habitation in sight. Aida's story, and the story of Pallas is incredibly special and beautiful to play a part in. The accommodation was ideal, it had everything you need for a couple of days of rest. The fireplace is a great plus in winter and they leave everything ready to make it very easy to set up. In addition, the neighbor is very helpful and offers to help if you can't turn it on. Everything was spotless and the house had everything. The hosts were amazing, they gave us local recommendations and made us feel right at home. We'd love to do it again!
