Monthly Rentals in Cilan Uchaf

My son and I loved our stay with Ceri. We found the local area to be a great base for the Llyn and trips further afield to Criccieth Castle and Porthmadog for the Railway. The annexe felt very private and the west facing decking/seating area with views onto the field/sea is the perfect sun-trap! Ceri's place was superbly equipped and well furnished - from the cosy wool blanket to torches/phone chargers. Some really great recommendations too from Ceri on where to eat locally too. We had a couple of rainy days, but found plenty to do indoors - we can highly recommend the art gallery/cafe at Plas Glyn y Weddw, the amazing views en route to Nant Gwrtheyrn and the thatched bakery in Aberdaron. Overall an amazing stay - we would love to return! Thank you Ceri and family :)

Can’t imagine there’s a better spot than this on the peninsula. Stunning and uninterrupted views of the beach at Hells Mouth and across the peninsular towards the snowdonia hills. Beach a 10minute walk, coastal walks, a nearby pub (20min ish walk) and everything else you need a short drive away in Abersoch. Recommend a trip (or 2!) upto Aberdaron for fish and chips and some beautiful cycling around that part of the peninsular. Accommodation was also spotless and very comfortable.

The place is lovely, as pictured, and Abersoch is absolutely stunning. So many incredible beaches nearby, and great pubs/bakeries/coffee shops. Laura was an incredibly kind and generous host and helped us out getting some things we’d left behind back to us.

My first Airbnb experience & it was easy to book. Adrian was responsive to my texts & answered my questions. This cottage is stunning & in a perfect spot. As we already know the area we were aware of the narrow lanes to get there but so worth it for the peace & quiet. In the sun you have a glorious garden to sit in and in the rain you can shelter in the conservatory or light the wood burner in the living room. It’s a little gem of a place!
