It is close enough to enjoy the delights of Abersoch and its stunning beaches, whilst also being within easy walking distance of the beach at Hell's Mouth and the coastal path. Boasting a large secure sunny garden; a safe place for dogs and children to run around in, with off road parking for 2 cars and just a few minutes walk away from the fabulous dog-friendly Sun Inn.

A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Welcome to Tyn Ffynnon.. Our family, couples & doggy friendly piece of paradise :) The unique cottage lies between Abersoch & the ever popular hells mouth beach, in a small village called Llanengan. Abersoch is a 5 minute drive away or a 25minute walk. The coastal path is a stones throw away and we are surrounded by many beautiful beaches. With its secure gardens, nestled in our private land & a hot tub with sea views it really is the place to be... *please read the accessibility section*

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Ty Coeden Bach (Little Tree House)

Situated halfway up a tree near the top of a mountain on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, with breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views. Ty Coeden Bach offers unique, peaceful accomodation for up to two guests. Nestled near the top of Rhiw Mountain, between the popular villages of Abersoch and Aberdaron, it provides the perfect spot for either exploring everything the area has to offer, or to simply relax and unwind. Welcome to Bryn Goleu. Set in 3 acres , it’s a romantic, quirky and cosy barn, set 700 feet up Bwlch Mawr mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with fantastic countryside, seaviews and the mountains of Snowdonia across the Cardigan bay. All these lovely views can be seen from the lounge, conservatory, kitchen and garden. Sink into our lovely beds dressed with crisp cotton sheets. When you step out of the door we are surrounded by beaches within 1.5 miles

1.5 miles from Abersoch Village the cottage nestles between 3 beautiful beaches, Abersoch, Porth Ceiriad and Hell's Mouth. A walkers paradise in easy reach of the coastal path and a 30 min walk along the beach into the village. Dog friendly beach with cafe a 15 minute walk away. The setting is idyllic, peaceful and private. A centrally heated stone cottage, with slate roof, private patio, seating and hot tub (add on) that sleeps 4 adults and 1 child.

Private parking available for 2 vehicles. We're about an hour away from Snowdon Mountain & 10 minute drive away from Ty Nant car park for Cader Idris. The nearest town is Dolgellau (10 minute drive away) which has 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations & some great cafes,pubs & shops.
