Monthly Rentals in Chuburná

Everything is very good, the house is very well mounted, the attention of the hosts for the very good application, easy to get to, I would only change the description of "steps from the beach" by "a few blocks from the beach", because we selected it thinking that if it was steps from the beach and how I was going with my mother who has knee problems and the house is 3 blocks from the beach if we had to take the car to go, but outside that everything was very good, I highly recommend it and I would stay there again, the town is very quiet and relaxing

Sonya’s place was exactly what we needed for a restful week. Hearing the waves day and night made relaxing easy! The studio is so comfortable and sitting on the porch was the perfect way to end each day. Sonya is absolutely lovely. She arranged for airport transfers and gave a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The town of Chuburná is walkable and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Herman’s house on the beach in Chuburna is beautifully designed and thoroughly comfortable. I chose it based on reviews, its unique appearance, privacy and location away from touristy areas. Progreso, however, is 20 minutes away and offers a supermarket, restaurants etc. Having a car is highly recommended for those who want to visit points of interest in the Yucatán, such as the Mayan archeological site at Uxmal, the flamingoes in the Celestun biosphere. and various cenotes - all experiences well worth the drive. The Mayan museum in Mérida is also wonderful to visit. Herman’s onsite list was very good guidance for what not to miss. Thoroughly recommend this house. Linda

Jennifer's place in Chuburna is exactly as her listing described. It is 2 attached charming units which made for a roomy space since there were just 2 of us. We loved the private pool and back yard sanctuary area. The unit is directly on the water with a large patio to enjoy views of the ocean and listen to the waves. We walked 4 miles each day on beautiful white sandy beaches by going to the left of the pier; no sargassum or trash at all! Although the beds in the apartment are full sized, the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and amenities in the unit. Pack shampoo and soap. Chuburna is a local town so we didn't see many tourists which is why we chose it. Town is small so restaurant options aren't plentiful but Cristo Rey's (lunch/dinner) and Vivien's (breakfast) were all we needed - outstanding and inexpensive. Jennifer is an outstanding and friendly host. She is very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend her place and we would definitely stay there again.
