Excellent facilities, the staff and the super friendly host had an incredible family vacation, the complex has everything you need to have a good time and enjoy, it undoubtedly became our favorite place.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

The independent arrival helps a lot, Manu is super attentive to any questions. The A/C in the rooms is very much appreciated. That super comfortable hammock until you want to buy one. For cooking, utensils help a lot and are well cared for. The backyard is very nice and my dog enjoyed it a lot. That cold water in the refrigerator is greatly appreciated. I would stay at your house again, thank you for your attention Manu!

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. The home was beautiful and honestly looks better than the photos. Tall privacy walls for the backyard and pool area. Neil was very friendly and always responsive to messages which was much appreciated. The home did come with some toiletries which came in handy. The home was clean and felt so very comfortable and roomy. This home has pretty much everything you need! My only issue was all the insects, which would quickly enter the home daily, but I think this is just an issue throughout the city, not necessarily the owner or home itself plus there was insect repellent provided! The ACs work great to help with the heat. Overall I loved the home and would definitely return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Rodolfo’s place! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rodolfo is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. One suggestion I would make to future guests is to confirm ahead of time which amenities are actually available, as in our case, the paddle court, glamping area, and chicken farm were not available and we only found out upon check-in. That said, Rodolfo handled the situation incredibly well and offered a great solution that more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I’ll be booking again in the future! Highly recommended.

I stayed last weekend and everything was excellent. The place was immaculately clean and very well located, just a few minutes from where I had to work. Although I only came to sleep, the air conditioning was key to resting well after the hot days. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a comfortable, practical and quiet space in Merida.

From day one Christine was on the lookout, super flexible and friendly, the house has a privileged location and has everything you need (and even more), close to establishments to shop or go out to eat-cenar, the pool and the beach were that plus that made the wonderful trip, do not miss the sunsets or sunrises on the beach or on the shore of the pool, definitely 10 of 10, thank you very much for all your attention 😊

Happy with our stay, we spent 8 unforgettable days, my husband, my daughter and I. We are grateful to the host Raúl for his kindness and helpfulness. The pool is very nice, we would have liked to use the bicycles but it did not affect our stay at all, it made up for it perfectly with the beach chairs that are very useful. The air conditioning, which is essential for the climate, is very much appreciated, as are the multiple fans. In general, the house is very well equipped with more than necessary for the stay, safe and quiet, and a very good location. With Didi, it's very quick and easy to get around the area. We are very grateful, we hope to return very soon :)

A very peaceful place with everything you need to feel at home. It has some places to visit nearby and the town's supermarket is quite practical, where you can find almost everything. What we liked most is that María Elena thinks about the needs of different ages and the tastes of her tenants, because there was fun for everyone The only thing is that the pool water was a bit cold. It wasn't warm enough in the sun. It is a highly recommended place to spend time with the family.

Myr and Sam made this is such an amazing place to stay when visiting Merida. The location is amazing and the place itself is beautiful, comfortable and very accesible. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Good value for the price. As a family with 3 young kids, this place was great for the pool and beach. The inside is not fancy but functional, outdoors definitely makes up for it. All three bedrooms have AC that work great. Tip: Uber eats shows that only one or two places deliver but if you look up restaurants close by, you can message them directly and they’ll deliver to the house. Overall good place!

David’s home is located in a tranquil community, it offers a farm house feeling in a small village connected to the city. Getting to the area of cholul is not difficult and is easily connected to the main roads that lead to the north of the city, Alta Brisa and a 15-20 minute drive to Centro. It’s a home I definitely recommend having your own vehicle for. The area is safe a quiet with lots of nature and the interesting wildlife that comes with it. The home was clean and spacious for our family and a pleasant and nostalgic surprise for my Italian in-laws who experienced Mexico for the very first time during our stay in cholul. There a several little bakeries. Cozy restaurants and fruit stands within walking distance. We would be delighted to return to David’s place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for cozy home off the beaten path
