POPIELATO to całoroczny, mały dom (35 m2), dla 2 - 4 osób, położony na skraju wsi Grudza - 15 minut od Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minut od Szklarskiej Poręby. Rozciąga się stąd niesamowita panorama na Sudety. W domu znajdują się dwie oddzielne sypialnie (w tym 1 na antresoli), kuchnia, łazienka i salon. Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Welcome to a 48 sqm apartment, situated 200 meters from the National Park of Giant Mounts border. It is the only apartment in this building. Below there is a sauna for Guests and a private garage. You will find here place for up to 4 Guests. We installed central heating and a fireplace. Apartment Jagodka has a sunny 10 sqm balcony, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a free parking place for Your car/cars.

Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
