Monthly Rentals in Christchurch

Would I stay here again, ABSOLUTELY. We feel so lucky to have found this fantastic gem. It was close to where we wanted to be. It was a short journey into Christchurch either by car or the frequent bus service at the top of the road. We visit the beach which was just a few miles away. There was a beautiful nature reserve about a 20 minute walk away with great friendly pub The Thai restaurant around the corner was fantastic and helpful. I just hope we were good guests for Belinda.

Our international friends who were visiting from Sweden were very happy here. Everything they needed was supplied and the place was nice and tidy and clean. Peaceful quiet area only a short walk from the beach. Everything was disability friendly too.

wow, fantastic weekend away made perfect by our accommodation. Hamid and Layla were extremely friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The attention to detail towards our dogs staying with us was brilliant with treats, blankets etc.... everything we all needed was available to us. Giving a rating of 5 stars doesn't really give Hamid, Layla and the annex justice in our opinion we would rate it as a MUST place to have your stay. Took my mum here for two nights and she absolutely loved it! The property has been renovated to such a high standard, it felt like luxury, and it was the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The property is just like the photos, if not better. You have views of the church one side and the other of the ruins and beautiful gardens. The location is perfect for access to restaurants, bars, local shops etc and the quay. Being so close to the high street on a weekend we had some noise from the bars and some rowdy customers but nothing that bothered us, but something to be aware of. & you could hear the bells of the church but again it was nothing that bothered of us. The host did provide ear plugs as an added touch but we didn’t need them. There was a lovely welcome package when we arrived of breakfast and essential food bits which couldn’t have been better. The shower was powerful which isn’t often the case in a lot of airbnbs, the bathroom in general was great. Will be returning!
