Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Ideally placed for access to Avon Beach and the harbour in Mudeford, or to Mudeford Spit beach and Hengistbury Head. Also across Stanpit Marsh SSSI and Nature reserve (2 minutes) or into the historic Priory town of Christchurch: 5 minutes by car or 15 minute walk. The New Forest (Lymington, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst) is close by. Bournemouth too.
