What a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed with the construction of the house. It's built on top of and around huge boulders, while making the boulders part of the house (thus the name). In spite of that, no compromises have been made on the design and construction of the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, everything. Peaceful, comfortable, spotless clean, and a perfec getaway from the city. The sunset hike is highly recommended. Tanmayi was proactive in communication and shared instructions way in advance. No hassles. The caretaker was prompt and always available in case you needed help. The food was delicious. Thank you for opening up your property to us, Tanmayi and Candida. :)

Bright, spacious, airy and easily accessible holiday rental right in the heart of Tirupati. Very good neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and important temples. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenette for rent. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels. Staff, especially the property manager Mr. Wasim, deserves special kudos; very polite, accommodating, hospitable, kind and prompt. I would highly recommend for a good stay in Tirupati.

The property is excellent with all facilities available in and around. Very accessible to nearby shops, markets and Swiggy and Zomato. The property was spick and span when we arrived and the service was really good. The host Mr. Janardhan was very cooperative and accommodative. Few small suggestions would be: To provide to guests a microwave, enough utensils that are used to cook (steel) for induction and to repair loose connections. Otherwise, I have to thank him. It’s worth the visit and stay.

The homestay is pretty nice. large rooms, daily cleaning (not utensils), washing machine, nice views from terrace and a responsive host. There were some issues but were promptly sorted out by the owners. There is a caretaker and a manager downstairs who are quite helpful. overall very nice stay.

It is as described and same as shown in photos. One can view the Tirumala hill from the balcony all the time. Just 2.5 km from the bus stand and railway station. Mr Viswa is a responsible host.
