We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. And it was the same as mentioned in the description details. Truly felt like a home away from home. Bright, spacious, airy and easily accessible holiday rental right in the heart of Tirupati. Very good neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and important temples. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenette for rent. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels. Staff, especially the property manager Mr. Wasim, deserves special kudos; very polite, accommodating, hospitable, kind and prompt. I would highly recommend for a good stay in Tirupati.

It's a 2bhk unit with ample space to accomodate a large family. Even extra mattresses were already kept in wardrobe without asking for them. So, price wise this place is better value for money than a budget hotel. Both the rooms had functional ACs. All necessary amenities were available. However, water stains are quite noticable in washrooms and kitchen. It doesn't look pleasing. Rest everything is fine.

Though I have not met Mr. Pavan I liked the way of his approach and followup and tried to satisfy me by all means. A good and peaceful stay. We had a nice stay at Dr. Johnson:s property, as he claimed it is clean with good basic amemities, ample space. Auto rickshaw and cars can come to the doorstep. CMC is just 5-8 minutes ride, kitchen has basic cutleries/gas burners/fridge to suffice the need, else Swiggy/Zomato all delivers. A housemaid is also available to clean the rooms ( we took her service twice). Washing machine works perfectly. I would have just one request to Dr.Johnson, if possible, provide a microwave oven in the kitchen. Regards Manas
