Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and sitting area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (early May and late September to early October).

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
