Vacation rentals with a patio in Chinon

The accommodation is easily accessible, whether by car or public transport. We were able to park our car in the indoor parking space, secured by a gate, and use the buses that pass right next door – very frequent and leading directly to the city center. This is a large one bedroom, very clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The facilities are recent and the accommodation is very well equipped: functional kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV… everything is there for a comfortable stay. The French door gives access to a private garden, where we were able to enjoy good times with the family around the garden furniture. We stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. The sofa bed allowed us to have extra beds without any worries. Finally, Florence's responsiveness, before, during and after the stay, greatly facilitated our trip. We sincerely thank her and highly recommend this listing!

Perfect spot with lots of restaurants, cafes and wine bars at the doorstep. The flat was modern, well equipped, really comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth. Everything we could have asked for out stay in Tours!

A real favorite for this apartment! Everything is perfectly thought out: the layout is impeccable, the decoration is sublime and the interior design really warm. The bedding is very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the private courtyard and the spa bath, a real little slice of heaven for relaxing. The equipment is complete and of high quality, nothing is missing! The location is ideal, within walking distance of the city center and close to all amenities. A place to recommend without a second thought!

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect was at work here with attention to detail. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surroundings from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the house entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Lovely little haven of peace surrounded by a beautiful garden. Florence is very friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to chat with her. The bathroom sink is very small, but there is also the kitchen area sink, so we can arrange it.

The Guimapé cottage is a fabulous place, lovingly restored by Robert. Its large enclosed courtyard, its lush garden makes it a peaceful haven. Near Chinon, there is plenty to see in this beautiful part of France (Loire, castles, cellars, equestrian centers, etc.) Robert is a very welcoming and friendly host, a nice meeting and nice discoveries!

The accommodation, located in a very pretty town is very beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and quiet. Our hosts are very nice and quick to respond to requests to give us tips for places and activities. For a stay with family or friends, we will be happy to come back and we have already given the address to friends.

Had a lovely time in Saumur and in this brand new accommodation. Fully equipped, air conditioning, unlimited TV, speaker, spa... And what doesn't spoil anything, a very welcoming host who responds to requests and needs, with a strong knowledge of the surroundings, not hesitating to share it. We recommend it.

Communication and hosting with Philippe went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around, explaining the history of his property, which is a peaceful oasis with beautiful surrounding nature. The accommodation is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stopover for 6). The downstairs room is not very functional (broken TV and no hot water at the sink, no toilet), but can sleep two adults without problem.

We were 2 couples + 1 child aged 7. Had a lovely weekend at Anna and Joy's house. We enjoyed the outdoors, the basketball hoop, the ping pong table and even the pool! It has everything you need in the house. We'll be back if we're in the area again.
