Charming 60 m² accommodation, 3 rooms, large living room with kitchen, small bedroom on the ground floor and beautiful bedroom in the attic upstairs. It is a Touraine farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, completely renovated, insulated with eco-friendly materials. The neighborhood is quiet, the tram line is a 5-minute walk, the historic city center is a 20-minute walk. All shops are nearby. We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.

Close to the Loire à Vélo cycle path, in the center of Langeais, we offer a house for 4–6 people in a very quiet courtyard, ideally located for visiting the castles of the Loire (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé, Tours, Saumur) and the vineyards of the region (Bougueil, Chinon). Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
