An extremely pleasant extended weekend in a place full of charm. Julie is cheerful, attentive and considerate. I've rarely seen such a hearty breakfast in other cottages. Likewise, we also tested the proposed meal: excellent value for money. Finally, the jacuzzi session in the troglodyte cellar ended up charming us. I highly recommend this listing.

Cour de Liege is a gem within a gem! Anjou is already a treasure in the heart of France, but Laurent and Piritta's property is a pocket of paradise. Calm, scenic, rustic but elegant. Laurent and Piritta were the kindest hosts and really made us feel at home. They helped us learn about the area and gave us the investment of their time. Our children loved the countryside property and the horses, peacocks, and natural beauty. The farmhouse gite is tastefully restored and the beds were wonderful! We didn't want to leave! One of the best spots in France:) Thank you to Laurent and Piritta-- excellent hosts and wonderful people.

The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped in a building that has a lot of charm and all in a very quiet environment. We were hosted very well and the instructions on how to use the various equipment were very clear. Special mention for the jacuzzi which is always nice. We would definitely recommend this place.

A great relaxing stay, the accommodation is very very beautiful and clean... David is adorable! We recommend the aperitif board and breakfast! If we have the opportunity to come back to the area we'll be happy to go back!

This tranquil place is perfect for a stop over or as a base to explore the region. It is close to the motorway and yet far enough from it no to be heard. There is a medium size supermarket and a large pet store nearby which is convenient. The village itself is worth a visit, especially on market day. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding of great quality. The log burner is user friendly and efficient. There is plenty of wood made available. The grounds are vast and very pleasant. Our labrador took full advantage of them. The owner is very friendly towards both dogs and people. The mairie has recently changed the street numbers but google has yet to receive the memo so it sends you to the wrong address. Make sure you double check the address with the owner before your arrival. This was a real find for us after travelling through France for 3 months. It is a perfect mid way stop over if you are travelling up or down on the west coast, especially with a dog. We'll be back:)

A great weekend with friends in this beautiful house in the countryside, but 30 minutes from Tours city center. Lots of charm and character, comfortable rooms with all the essentials On arrival we received a breakfast basket with all the necessities at our disposal and with quality products, thank you We can't wait to come back in summer to test the pool and enjoy the outdoors more. I recommend it.

Came as a family with our 2 children and a dog. Julie and Maxime are very welcoming and take very good care of the guests. The garden is ideal with the small quiet terrace. We recommend it and will return!

We spent an Angevin week full of beauty and color discoveries. Caroline and Leo's place is warm, full of charm, quiet, birdsong, and truth just like the owners. Under the constellation of Cassiopeia we spent a royal week in the garden of France. We'll be back soon.

We spent a very relaxing week, exploring the Loire Valley during the day, taking a swim in the afternoon and enjoying a barbecue in the evening. It was a very good place for us to slow down… You will have a regular and enjoyable visitor though - Sandra’s friendly black cat likes to come over.

We had a great stay with our three kids (7, 5 and 5) this summer. Tina and Julian were extremely welcoming and the kids loved the cats and dogs and the small pool. The house is adjacent to a small campground (5 spots, no big RV's), which means there is plenty of space to run around. 10 min drive from the closest supermarket and 30-45 min from Saumur, Angers, Chinon and the amazing Fontevraud Abbey. We loved the fact that we could enjoy the peace and quiet of our cottage, while being relatively close to many interesting towns and activities. Our son broke his arm and Tina and Julian were so kind and supportive, even contacting the hospital for us. We had a great vacation and would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here and wish we booked longer than 4 nights! The area is so quiet and peaceful, with lots to do within a 30 minute drive, all recommended by Anneli and Jamie and things we probably wouldn’t have found if we Googled. The kitchen has lots of equipment and the bed was extremely comfy. Only thing we struggled with was how bright the bedroom was so I’d bring an eye mask if you need a pitch black room for the summer months. Perfect stay, beautifully decorated place and great location, we already want to come back!!

We had a perfect two night stay here with Stephanie and Chris. They are super knowledgable, friendly and make you feel right at home. The house gives you the best of that countryside peaceful stay without being far from anything you could possibly need. Tim Tam kept our 1.5 year old perfectly entertained!
