Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chinon

Warm welcome by the hosts and their children who immediately played with ours. The space was very clean, until complaints were dusted. The accommodation is very large. The rooms are very nice. A big plus for the exteriors and the hot tub. We enjoyed it a lot. The sheets are all soft and the bedding is very good quality. The kids spent their weekend between the net above the living room, the garden and the hot tub that they now know how to use better than their toothbrush 😅🤣 Dreamy weekend at the bottom of the greenway where you can also go for a walk or run.

Magical. The house and yard are amazing. We stayed for 6 nights. Surrounded by fields of yellow flowers, the charming farm house has a beautiful cooks kitchen with an island that easily sat 6 people. Our young grandkids could not get enough of the swing set and toys that are available, while our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed the ping-pong table. The yard space, with nice details, was extremely well kept. We ate outside and enjoyed wine on a bench under a beautiful tree. It was just perfect. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and had great views of the countryside. Herve was very responsive and met us when we arrived. We were blown away by how beautiful this place is. It's better than the photos.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was as advertised and in addition we were very well received with the bonus of a small fireplace that was waiting for us which was very nice. I highly recommend it.

We were 2 colleagues travelling in this area for a week work at a client's site. the 2 showers were perfect for us. the house is very spacious in a beautiful and very quiet environment. I noticed that all is available for a family with small kids. Marie-Sophie lives right beside, she's very nice, helpful and responsive. The house and its amazing terrasse and garden are private. Don ’t expect much around the house, it's surrounded by nature. But 10 minutes by car is enough to reach supermarkets and restaurants.

Accommodation as described, welcoming host, available and responsive. The setting is splendid and exotic, in a good location because it's close to the Voie Verte bike path where walks between the Loire and the hillsides allowed us to discover this magnificent region. We recommend it 200% with a little cherry on the cake, the HOT TUB in an incredible setting!

We had a great time at Mégane's place. The house is very beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. The environment is also incredible, between river and the heart of the village, perfectly quiet. We were able to spend a day at Futuroscope (about 1 hour drive) and visit Chinon which is very close. Our hosts have been responsive and welcoming. I would recommend it without a second thought!

A great place, close to the Bioparc and many other activities. Magali's home is well-equipped and carefully decorated. We didn't miss a thing. We recommend:)

Celine's house is a peaceful oasis, it smells good, a nice patio with flowers where, when Céline welcomed us, we drank a glass of "homemade" lemon tea. Celine told us about Tours and its best places, restaurants etc. It's true that the historic center of Tours is a bit far on foot but we had no trouble parking. We really enjoyed Celine's house, her paintings and the atmosphere! The bedding is extremely comfortable and everything is as described.

We had a great time in Saumur. Ounissa is very welcoming and gave us valuable tips on sightseeing and restaurants/wine merchants. The apartment is very well located. We recommend it without hesitation.

Very clean accommodation (small suggestion made to the hosts who will apparently do what is necessary), responsiveness and excellent communication with the hosts. Quiet place and close to many restaurants, various shops, many bars, etc... Thank you for your flexibility. If necessary, I'll be happy to come back. Happy hosting John

We loved our stay in Saumur and the apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Our host was lovely, going above and beyond, and provided great recommendations + some very thoughtful touches. The location was fantastic - walking distance to everything - great restaurants and lovely to be a part of the local town. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Visiting Tours to see our student daughter, ideal location (even more so compared to our daughter's), many things can be done on foot. Bord de Loire just next door, it must be very pleasant for walks when the weather is nice!. The Parking bonus is a real plus. Very nice layout of the accommodation.

The apartment is beautiful and full of light. Very comfortable and close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. I stayed for 3 months while doing a language course and appreciated that the photos were accurate. The decor was lovely. Sylvie was responsive and friendly.

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the center of Tours. The space was clean, large and filled with all the amenities you could dream of after a long day out exploring. Extremely walkable and providing parking was an extra perk. Really enjoyed our time here after spending the day visiting chateaus.

Perfect stay in a very nice cottage where everything is superbly thought out and the decoration is done with great taste. Very clean accommodation and really very nice owner. The fireplace and jacuzzi were really a plus in this cottage close to perfection. Already want to go back...

We spent a weekend at Eric's. Eric is very available, good advice and the accommodation is as described! Perfect for enjoying with friends with a superb jacuzzi, swimming pool and many activities (billiards, pétanque, darts, foosball)
