Monthly Rentals in Chillington

Well equipped, spotless and in a beautiful location the Cottage had everything we needed for a cosy and welcoming stay. The Chris was really helpful with excellent communication even letting us know about an unexpected local road closure to ensure that we could plan accordingly.

Hall House was a lovely base for us with lots of beautiful walks nearby. We enjoyed the space to spread out in the house and the wonderful garden.

Lucia was super helpful and explained everything in detail ahead of our arrival including the best way to get there, how we would access the property etc. When we arrived, everything was exactly as described and there was even chocolates on the pillows! Even though the location is secluded and peaceful, there is a vending machine / honesty shop at the farm opposite where you can get locally sourced supplies like bacon and sausages for your breakfast and a milk/milkshake machine which we thought was such a fun highlight. We had a great time: secluded, lovely views, close to Kingsbridge and perfect for a family getaway. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely cosy accomodation exactly as described and as in photos. Light and airy, very comfortable. Kitchenette facilities were fine for breakfast and making an evening meal as long as you plan the meal so that only needs microwave and one hotplate. Goodies left in the fridge were very welcome! Local buses very reliable even on Bank Holidays, to Dartmouth and King's ridge. Enjoyed local farm shop and Start Bay pub meals, local beer and cider. Excellent coastal walks without moving the car. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
