As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. The coast is just 3 miles away, as is the charming market town of Kingsbridge which has a whole host of independent shops, two supermarkets, a cinema and great restaurants. Salcombe and Dartmouth are also within easy reach.

There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.
