Hotel vacation rentals in Chikkamagaluru

We stayed in Mugilu for a weekend and we had a lovely time. Their property is beautiful and we loved walking through the plantation. The staff deserve a shout out because they were so polite and prompt. Their cook deserves a separate mention too because the food was amazing. Chandan & Sapna were lovely hosts. We also loved all their farm dogs! They are all so sweet, each with her own personality! Luna had a great time running around the plantation off-leash and we were very happy about that.

Gorgeous property! Mandala cooks a mean malnad fare and is very proactive, friendly and responsive. I did miss having wifi in the room but really, overall it's hard to find anything to complain about.

A really beautiful space, well maintained with spacious and lovely rooms. We had a great time staying here. The staff is friendly and proactive. We will surely visit again. The only point of improvement would be the restaurant/cafe, which pales in comparison to the rest of the property.

Didn't have any expectations when we booked, but after visiting, the place was absolutely amazing amidst the plantations. The rooms were clean and hospitality was beyond expectations. Punith, our host has been exceptional since the day we arrived, starting from letting us visit his plantation, to setting up the borne fire at night. It was my first time at Chikmagalur, he recommended some places and it was completely refreshing & the views were amazing. Punith is a great person whom you can come down for anything and he is always there to arrange anything for you.

Villa Woodway is a beautiful estate bungalow, about 12kms from Chikmagalur town, in the midst of nature with all the old-world charm you'll need. It's the perfect place to just laze and unwind, so quiet and peaceful. The bungalow is tastefully designed, extremely well maintained and kept spotless, the actual experience was better than the pictures. The staff were very kind and helpful. They served yummy local/traditional food for all meals in their dining area just a few metres outside the bungalow. They even set up a bonfire and served us hot pakodas in the evening! The bungalow is in a coffee estate and you absolutely must not miss their awesome coffee (so awesome that we just had to buy some to take back). The hosts Susmitha and Shreedev were easy-going, extremely friendly and very helpful with arranging activities and letting us know of places nearby that we could visit. We had a great time meeting and chatting with them. We will definitely visit Villa Woodway again!
