We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. A very nice house in a great place with fantastic views over Lake Como! The house and pool are beautiful and everything is new and clean. Charlotte is a very nice host who is always available and ready for you.

The area was really quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, with a crazy view that left us speechless. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations: everything was taken care of in detail and very clean, you can see that there is a lot of attention and love in the management. The host was great, always available and super friendly. He also recommended a great tavern where we could dine and we had a great time. It is clear that he really cares about his guests, welcoming them with care and dedication. Upon our arrival we found many things to eat for breakfast and aperitif, a really appreciated gesture that made us feel right at home. I really hope to come back soon, everything was perfect!

Had a great stay! Beautiful view and garden, verandas to eat on, helpful host, and very well-equipped kitchen. Beds are not the most comfortable.

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s place! She had every amenity we could need, the apartment was very clean, and she was always responsive and friendly. We enjoyed morning runs and workouts on the nearby paths and the close proximity to the train station (we visited Chiavenna twice). Would recommend and we hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

We spent 5 nights at Pierino's. There were five of us and it was a great experience for each of us. Our children were also thrilled - although the two big ones at 15 and 17 are not exactly in a simple phase. The pizza oven was a total hit and the need to make a fire for hot water made the whole thing an experience. Nearby there are great opportunities for hiking. Pierino is great. Very helpful and reliable. He gave us very good tips. He and his wife are very warm and absolutely kind. The house was exceptionally clean and the property is lovingly maintained. Very high quality bedding! We had wonderful days as a family and want to come back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the reviews, the view from the deck is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt like home. The house is beautiful in Erve. You can get there by a short climb on foot. Claudia and her husband are excellent hosts, everything is very clean and they help you with everything you need. The hostess is always available and helps you with everything. From the village you can hike very well, enjoy nature or even eat something or drink coffee. I would come back anytime!

I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic place, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very communicative, helpful and welcoming. For these reasons I give the highest rating. The house, which is more than 100 years old, in a pedestrian area on the hillside, also has some inconveniences (uphill walk to the house, toilet on a different level from the bedrooms). For me this is a minor inconvenience, but it might bother someone else. The host sends a video showing the approach from the car park to the house.

This is a great location n Bellagio - be sure to take a taxi if you have luggage. It has amazing views, it's in a quiet location, it's walkable to downtown. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bath were well stocked. The bed is comfortable and cozy and we slept really well. We loved it here and would stay again.

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

Staying at Beatrice’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were unbelievably cozy – like sleeping on clouds. Everything was perfectly clean, charming, and thoughtfully prepared. Alessandra's place is simply divine. She paid attention to every detail to make our stay comfortable. We had two private outdoor dining areas and a dedicated parking spot. The remodel of La Casa di Carla has been done to the highest standard. The surroundings are peaceful and Mandello del Lario is a terrific location to spend time in Lake Como. The beds, even the twin beds, were super comfy. Luxurious linens, exquisite dinner ware. We loved all the decorative bowls to have breakfast from. We had a medical issue and Alessandra organized care, took me to the appointment, and translated. It's a blessing to have her as our host. The train system is super easy and station is a five minute walk away from the house. You can walk to grocery stores and nearby restaurants. Our favorite restaurant, Il Crotto, in Lierna is just 3 stops away by train. We loved hiking the Sentiero del Viandante in several sections always ending our hike with an amazing lunch in a different town.

The "Caterina cabin" is a small "eden" immersed in nature, surrounded by a view that ranges from the lake to the mountains and absolute peace and tranquility. The property retains all the typical features of the place, there is everything you need to experience it at its best. Easy path to reach it for those who are quick to walk, equipped with a backpack and appropriate clothing. Ability to do various types of activities such as, trekking, bicycle use, (as the bike path starts directly from the base of the country itself) and water sports. Pamela and Davide were absolutely kind/hospitable and thorough, providing us with all the necessary information. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to spend valuable and one-of-a-kind time. This is just a goodbye since we'll be back again. Thank you and see you next time.
