Die Unterkunft ist super! Das Grundstück, der Pool und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The views from the house were absolutely spectacular—waking up to such breathtaking scenery was a highlight of the trip. I have OCD, and I was beyond impressed with how pristine and spotless the house was. The attention to detail in cleanliness and organization was outstanding. Everything we needed was provided, from towels to an iron, and even a variety of seasonings for cooking. The host truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. This home exceeded our expectations in every way—definitely a 5-star experience! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

Séjour magique dans ce quartier plus au calme de l’agitation du lac, la vue est magnifique, le gîte également. Valentina est très rapide pour trouver des solutions à toutes les questions et on se sent bien dans cet endroit!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Super séjour à la casa unica entre copines. L'hôte, Bruno, était aux petits soins : communication claire malgré la barrière de la langue, super réactif avec plein de recommandations et attentionné. Les pièces étaient fidèles aux photos, la chambre avec lits superposés est un peu petite pour des adultes, mais tout est fonctionnel. La maison étant partagée, les espaces extérieurs sont communs mais ça reste calme et accessible. Les terrasses privées sont tops avec une vue agréable et un environnement paisible. Tout petit bémol pour la piscine plus petite que ce que nous avions imaginé au regard des photos et pas très propre. Mais plage à proximité très agréable. Localisation super si vous avez une voiture, nous avons pu faire tous les villages du lac avec des trajets d'une heure maximum et les commerces sont à proximité. Encore un gros merci à Bruno et sa gentillesse, je vous recommande fortement de passer votre séjour à la casa unica.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful location, with an amazing view onto the lake. Silvana was a thoughtful and proactive host. The flat had everything we needed for a 4-day stay. It was also a 10min drive to a beach. My friends and I fell in love with the place and hope to be back soon!

Le airbnb de Silvana est une vraie merveille dans les hauteurs de Sondrio. Cagnoletti est un village à l'architecture autenthique des alpages italiens. La maison en pierre est bien faite, avec tout ce qu'on a besoin pour se sentir à la maison et entourée d'une nature merveilleuse. Si vous vous reveillez assez tôt, vous pourrez observer par la fenêtre des cerfs ou des biches juste à côté de la maison. De plus, les personnes du village sont accueillantes et sympas. C'est un vrai bout de paradis ♡

Man kann sich in der Ferienwohnung einfach nur wohlfühlen.Sie ist wunderbar gelegen in einer kleinen Gasse der Altstadt. Mit ein paar Schritten ist man am See,es gibt einen Spazierweg mit Blick auf die Berge. Es gibt die Möglichkeit mit dem Zug oder dem Schiff die Umgebung zu erkunden .Man kann so das Parkplatzproblem in den umliegenden Orten umgehen. Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche,warmherzige Frau,immer bemüht,das Beste für Ihre Gäste zu tun. Vielen Dank Wir werden dich gern weiterempfehlen Andreas

Schöne authentische Hütte oberhalb eines Tals. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Waren zu zweit eine Woche im Oktober dort um wandern zu gehen. Gut um mal runterzukommen. Aufstehen, Kamin anmachen, Kaffee kochen und den Schafen beim grasen zuschauen. Absoluter Glücksgriff. Pierino, der Gastgeber ist wirklich ein klasse Kerl und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

nous avons passé 5jours sur place et nous sommes ravi du séjour sur les bords du lac. avec alternance visite et randonnée. monica à été réactive et flexible sur l'arrivée ce qui a été sympa.

Le logement de Cristina est très bien placé, tout est accessible à pieds (restau, commerces, ferry) La place de parking est un vrai plus. Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et le logement est équipé de tout le nécessaire et il est d’une propreté irréprochable.

Schönes Haus, Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Posto splendido e facilmente raggiungibile con una breve camminata. Antonio e sua moglie Rosalia sono due persone fantastiche che tengono realmente alla qualità del soggiorno degli ospiti. Ci hanno portato perfino la verdura del loro orto e sono sempre stati disponibili. Torneremo di sicuro

La casa è bellissima e accanto ad un agriturismo quindi comoda nel caso non si voglia cucinare. Non è in centro paese ma a noi piace cosi, la casa è a metà strada tra il paese e gli impianti di risalita con una bella vista e comoda per tutto, relax e pace. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve.

This was a lovely experience for myself and my partner. Our host Giulia was incredibly flexible with allowing us to eat and become familiar with the town before check-in. The place itself is built on an old medieval castle which was quite interesting & unique. It was charming and had everything we needed and some nice touches like a selection of teas & snacks. The breathtaking views had us in awe every day. The beach directly beside us was peaceful and not crowded. The local restaurants each had their own authentic (delicious!) tastes, and the surrounding towns were easy to get to. This ultimately made our stay extremely peaceful yet exciting. We thought it was handy that we could take a quick train ride to Varenna and Bellano so we did not have to adhere to the more limited ferry schedule - were able to catch a breathtaking sunset this way! Overall, we could not recommend this experience more and was the highlight of our 2-week Italy trip.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique petite maison! Le cadre est splendide et très calme. Bien que les routes de montagne pour accéder aux villages soient assez vertigineuses, cela en vaut largement la peine. La maison contient tous les équipements nécessaires et même plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir faire un feu de cheminée tout en profitant de la vue. Un des meilleurs AirBnB que l’on ait visité.

Uma experiência incrível!! A casa fica mesmo no topo da Montanha ( sigam as recomendações do Valerio, muito importante). A vista é espetacular, fomos no inverno e estava tudo branquinho. A casa é muito acolhedora, tipica decoração de homem e de montanha. Obrigada por tudo
