Beautiful and clean apartment, located in a nice village close to Sondrio. It feels really cosy and has everything you need, including basic things for cooking. The hosts even provide some tasty biscuits and jam, which feels so nice! Communication with Stefano was fast and easy. Strongly recommended!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

We had a truly unforgettable stay in a private and charming setting. We really appreciated the presence of the barbecue and sauna, which made the relaxation even more enjoyable. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

Great stay (we stayed 10 days). The accommodation is perfect, the lake views are amazing. The services offered (swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are perfect. The pleasure of swimming in the pool, relaxing on the terrace with this view of the lake and the mountains, reaching the village of Vercana which is a 5-minute walk away (there are two small shops and a restaurant)... The village of Domaso (where you can swim in the lake or in the river) is about 25 minutes' walk away by small paths. Thanks to Marco for his availability and kindness. Always present to respond to our requests. Recommended residence and stay.

Marcus and Simona are perfect AirBnB hosts. The place is gorgeous; even better than the photos, which do not do it justice. The house was immaculate, and the most comfortable bed and linens I’ve experienced in a rental. Marcus went out of his way to accommodate us with recommendations and assistance from months before we arrived and always made himself available for help. I brought my older parents with me, who had some issues with the walk to the house - it’s about 2-3 minutes downhill and through cobblestones and rough gravel to get to the house - but worth every minute once you are there. I recommend you pack as light as possible - we had 3 large suitcases and 2 huge duffel bags plus carryons because we are on a long trip, which made it extra tough to load in and out. I actually left 2 suitcases in the car and took what we needed. Aside from the challenges because of our bags and some limited mobility, their home easily ranks in my Top 3 of all places I’ve been. Will be back!

Very helpful and attentive hosts. Very clean and well-equipped place. Very good location for those looking for sun, clean air, and tranquility. For those who have walking problems, consider the ten-minute walk to reach the cabin. The road to get near the cabin by car in the last stretch is unpaved, so it is unsuitable for low cars as correctly reported by the owners. You can go on interesting walking excursions from the house. The telephone/data signal is almost absent and there is no television, so the accommodation is really suitable for those who want to disconnect. A few cabins nearby.

Beautiful, spacious house that was very clean. The car could be parked in the garage. The house is located on a mountain slope and has a fantastic view over the valley. In good weather you can see Lake Como. Friendly welcome by Paola. She responded quickly to questions we had. We found the mattress of the bed much too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The wifi connection was not stable. It regularly dropped out.

We found ourselves in a fabulously beautiful place. We lived in a cozy, atmospheric and comfortable house. Everything is very clean. In the morning we had a great breakfast opposite the Alps. We will definitely come back here! Grazier mille!!!

Katia was a great host, she welcomed us even before check-in and was very helpful. The property, following Katia's directions, is easily accessible from Via Tamuscia, you just have to pay attention to the first bend, which is a bit unpaved. For the rest, the house was very clean and super tidy, the space outside dedicated completely to us was fantastic and it was an absolutely relaxing vacation, as silence and tranquility are the main characteristics of the place, in addition to the beauty of the surrounding forest. I absolutely loved this place. It was in a terrific location of a quaint village with amazing views of the wine valley and mountains. The apartment was clean and very charmingwith plenty of space. Perfect for a long or short term stay and close to all of the local wineries and restaurants. Maria was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rosy's cottage. Our car wasn't really made to go that high in the mountains, but it was definitely worth it! the view is spectacular, the cottage was cozy, very clean and has lovely interior. Rosy and her husband gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home from the first second 😊 And our dog loved the garden 🥰. We hope to come back one day.
