I had a great stay with Simon and Kelly – they were lovely hosts with excellent communication throughout. They kindly accommodated a late check-in at short notice, which I really appreciated. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the lovely box of goodies was such a thoughtful touch. Check-out was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely weekend in this charming little loft. It’s in a great location not far from the beach on a private road. The bikes were a great addition to the weekend. Would visit again and recommend.

Such a beautiful & stylish seaside bolthole - with the sea at the end of the garden - we had a peaceful, revitalising early spring weekend. Designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, the immediate stretch of beach was enviably tranquil. Inside, all tastefully high spec but we still felt so at home. Three double bedrooms with sea views, en suites & each with their own outside space - plus a huge lawn, sundeck with sail shades/BBQ/firepit, a sunny balcony to watch boats flitting past, and a large second terrace to chase the sun, this stunning upside-down gem was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of space, all you could need to cook/entertain, plus a gorgeous kiddie snug with games, separate tv & snoozy sofa. Kitchen very well equipped - cooking whilst watching the sun rise and set was a highlight. The service was seamless, professional & helpful. If you want total switch-off, peace and quiet, this little enclave is the perfect escape & just over an hour down the A3 from London.

Perfect location - not far from A3(M) and completely within walking distance of the train station. The annex itself was well equipped and spotless. Kevin personally welcomed us and left milk, tea, coffee and biscuits etc for us to use. Hosts were easy to communicate with and were responsive. Easy recommendation from me!
