Located just a 15-minute walk away from the beautiful West Wittering beach, 'Witsend' offers a comfortable and stylish space for up to two adults and two children. A luxurious king size bed with, high-quality linen and a pull-out bed that can accommodate one adult or two children. Highlights include; a sunny deck and a skylight window above the bed.

Boutique Hideaway Hayling Island

Boutique Hideaway Hayling boasts modern and luxurious accommodation and is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything you could need is close by including: trendy cafes, takeaways, a cocktail bar, ice cream parlour, gift shops, convenience stores as well as traditional pubs offering live music and tasty meals. The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

Small perfectly formed Studio

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Millefleurs, Charming, Spacious Cottage Bungalow

We hope Guests will enjoy the use of our house on beautiful Hayling Island. Our home is newly modified to allow separate private accommodation all on ground floor for easy access. 'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee.
