Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

Sunny Townhouse Near The Sea

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

Hayling Haven

Well what can I say, this is one of the best places we have stayed in. Very quiet very clean an an added bouns of an air fryer also air con system. Carl made sure we knew where thing were, also how the air con worked. It is near the square riggers pub on the Marina a 15 min walk and the sunday roast was fab, also last night we both had burgers which were equally as good. The front is about 15-20min walk and there is a land train that will take you to beachlands. Another pub we went to was inn on the beach which over looks the water. Out side he home is a large pation with a large table and sofas plus on the deck is a table and two charis all with cushions etc. I woud definatley reccomend the place and Carl & Elainae as hosts. Also not forgetting milk, cream tea, crisps, bread, jam and spread for when we arrived.

This is a very nice studio, absolutely ideal for visitors to Hayling Island SC. The place felt larger than in the photos. It was very clean and well presented, everything worked. The entrance is from the garden, where I left some of my sailing clothes to dry in the afternoon. All in all, very satisfied and would would book again.
The image captures a shoreline scene at Hayling Island, featuring a pebbled beach with scattered rocks leading to the water's edge. Gentle waves are visible under a partly cloudy sky, creating a serene coastal atmosphere.

Hayling Island Beach Front

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb!. The place was easy to find, and I booked it because I had a wedding nearby. Stopping at the Co-op on the way was convenient, and there are a few local shops which were handy. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and cozy, with plenty of utensils – a rarity in some places. The only minor issue was not having an iron on site, which I needed on the morning of the wedding. Although I received an eagerly-awaited response explaining they don't provide one due to insurance reasons, it would have been helpful to know beforehand so I could have planned accordingly (iron at home or use the shower steam to de-wrinkle clothes) The real gem of the place is the backyard, which leads onto the promenade. I had a great morning walk, and everyone was friendly. I can imagine how lovely it would be when the sun warms up. Plus, the parking space was great.

Poppy’s by the sea

What a lovely house - fabulous location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, the garden is a little sun trap and the balcony was lovely bonus to watch the sunset from. The house was clean and it’s great to have a place that has a sofa that accommodates everyone comfortably - we all wished we could have stayed for much longer. Louise was really helpful with all the check in details. We had just the loveliest stay - there were 6 of us, my brother and sister and their partners, along with my husband and I - we try and get away twice a year and have done for years and we all agreed that this was one of the nicest stays we’ve had - the weather help for sure as it was glorious, but the house and location. played a bit part too. Thank you so much.
