We had a lovely stay at Greenbank. The house was spacious, tidy and clean, and we appreciated the extras provided by the host (towels, toiletries, tea and coffee). The property is just a short walk away from a playground , shop, pharmacy and local places to explore, which we enjoyed investigating. Our 4-year-old loved reading the children's books from around the house and the garden was a lovely spot to play in. We paid to have the hot tub, which we found easy to use and great fun. We took our 19 month twin girls on their first holiday, and the Piggery did not disappoint. We wanted a place with no stairs so it was a good find, the accommodation was great, with probably the most comfortable bed my wife and I have every had away from home, we couldn't believe it! the girls had their own room which was large enough for a single bed and the two travel cots. Kitchen had everything we needed, toilet and shower room was more than adequate for our needs. The best part of the stay were the sheep, our girls absolutely loved saying hi in the morning and bye at night, the sheep were friendly and the girls loved them so much I may need to get some of my own 😲. The instructions were spot on, easy to get in and out, plenty of storage in a locked barn for the roof box and buggy. The location is great, very peaceful, lovely walks, 10 minutes to Lymington, 30 minutes to Southampton. we got the ferry from Lymington to the Isle of Wight. Highly recommend this stay.

This was a really lovely house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen area - the size, brightness, appliances and crockery etc - was the highlight. It was particularly well stocked with some generous goodies left for us. The garden was also lovely - great to eat outside at the large wooden table, as well as enjoying the last of the day’s sun in the corner seating area. The table tennis table was very well used by the 4 of us and great fun. Thanks for a great stay

We just had a wonderful long weekend in Wherwell in Rob & Sue’s beautiful cottage. Such a stunning village, the cottage exceeded our expectations, Rob & Sue were fantastic hosts & the breakfast pack was great. We finished the weekend with a lovely soak in the hot tub. Thank you Rob for the lift on the Saturday & your kindness.

Absolutely stunning place. Like a super luxurious safari lodge! Whole area is beautiful and everything in the lodge is state of the art. We stayed with our 3 kids who fought over who would get the canopy bed in the lounge. Loved the hot tub, had a fab bbq and slept like babies. Spent a day at west wittering beach which is close by and felt like we were abroad. Sarah’s lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. She even let us stay all Sunday as they had no-one arriving at no extra cost. Who does that? We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely weekend for my Dad’s birthday - the cottage was far more spacious than it looked and was set in the most beautiful surroundings. Neil and Caroline were lovely and super helpful. Thanks for the best stay!

A wonderful stay at the piggery. really clear guidance and instructions fron the host Clare and lots of lovely optional extras available. check in was easy and flexible. The home was lovely and clean and beautifully simple in decor. A really relaxing atmosphere. the outdoor space was calming and secluded. You felt like you were in your own little piece of heaven. Two lovely runner ducks on site who popped by every morning and evening to say hello. A really quick response from Clare when we became short of wood and it was delivered less than 20 minutes later. Lots of lovely homely touches and all the appliances, cutlery and niceties you could need. I booked for a suprise weekend away for my partners 50th and he absolutely loved it. A truly relaxing getaway. There is lots to do in the area including walks, gardens and pubs but we enjoyed the site so much we just stayed in!

A fabulous stay at Winterberry Barn, will be back again very soon. Luxurious, modern accommodation, quirky/fun additions to the decor, in a beautiful, peaceful and secure setting with walks and views on your doorstep with a hot tub and fire pit to return to in the evening. A choice of local pubs and ideally located for Salisbury, Winchester and Peppa Pig World!

A perfect little bolt-hole enjoyed as a base whilst attending nearby wedding. Peaceful surroundings, minutes walk from beach with a superb Thai restaurant a few minutes drive away. Highly recommend.

Would not hesitate to book again. The cottage was spacious, clean and had everything you might need plus more. It is also a short walk away from Freshwater Bay. Also importantly the hosts Zena and Phil do all they can to make sure your stay goes without a hitch, a lovely couple.

What a fantastic host! Stayed here prior to getting married at new barn farm and every last detail was just perfect. The property was spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The host did so much to make us feel welcome and added lots of little touches which made the experience so memorable. I have never stayed anywhere that has been this attentive before and would absolutely return in a heart beat. Thank you so much for all you did for us on such a special occasion, we will never forget it.

Our stay with Caroline & David was great. Very friendly, helpful & were always willing to help with anything. The property & gardens were amazing & safe for our dog Olive who does like to wander every nook & cranny. The bottle of bubbly, crisps, home made jams, & Olive’s doggy treats were most welcome & a nice touch. Thank you! We made the very most of our stay regarding sightseeing & it was always nice to return to our dwelling at the end of the day. Hope to return in the future.

This is the most gorgeous cottage, with a lovely host. The decor and furnishings are of the highest quality, it was spotlessly clean, has an idyllic private garden and epic bathrooms! We had the most marvellously relaxing stay and came away feeling blissfully refreshed. We were provided with all the essentials that we needed, including a lovely loaf of bread and wonderful homemade marmalade. Cuckoo Cottage is a top tier stay.

Wonderful accommodation! We could not have been happier with the home. It was charming right down to the details. Thoughtfulness planning went into it—right down to the step stool so my toddler could reach the bathroom sink, and the emergency torches that also served as nightlights. The host was great, especially with our last minute reservation! My nine year old said, “This feels like Christmas morning!” as she walked through the beautiful home. Now my only problem is that my kids want me to buy a nicer house, haha. If we are fortunate enough k travel this way again we will definitely book this place again!

The perfect house for a family gathering - 9 adults and 2 dogs. Spacious, clean, well-equipped house with lots of indoor and outdoor games, room for 9 of us to dine easily, well-equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable sitting rooms, separate annexe with lots of things to do and gym equipment. Beds all very comfortable. The highlight for us on a beautiful sunny weekend was the garden - large grassy area for games and play, mature flowerbeds, 2 large tables, shed full of garden toys. There was also a bbq area and children's outdoor equipment. Jo responded quickly to any messages, but her clear instructions and detailed information meant there were very few questions. She also gave many ideas for walks, restaurants etc.

The exterior property was beautiful with a brick wall surrounding green grass and comfortable outdoor furniture and flowering roses and other shrubs and vines. The interior was elegantly decorated and yet so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the artwork and beautiful antique furniture and just the feeling of being in a home that has lived many lives and endured through many generations. We are from the U.S. - and it is rare to stay somewhere with that sense of history! Fiona, our host, was so incredibly helpful and responsive! We would like very much to return.

Everything was great with our stay. The house was easy to find and off a major road but with no noise. The unit itself was very comfortable. Andy helped me out big time with dunking my bag in water as it smelled like smoke after my trip from Marrakech. I would have done it myself but the unit had no tub.

We had a wonderful stay at Breakers Sound. The cottage is idealyic, it looks like the front of a postcard! The location is peaceful with lovely views of the sea, and walkable and a quick drive into Ventnor. We went with a 2.5yr old and he had a lovely time, with a big travel cot provided and high chair. Plus there are games, toys and books and a great snug if you’ve got older kids so they can hang out. The cottage had everything we needed & was very comfortable. Sylvie was a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful, sharing lots of ideas of things to do and visit, and places to eat. She was so helpful and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Honeysuckle Cottage is on the main road through East Meon but once inside it is quiet. All the furnishing and equipment are good quality and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of storage and it has everyone needed for a relaxing weekend. As others have said the second bedroom is very small but our son and his girlfriend slept comfortably and had enough space for their clothes. The garden is secure, so perfect for our dog. It’s also a sun trap so we were able to enjoy relaxing outside even though it wasn’t particularly hot weather. There are many excellent walks on the doorstep with stunning views. We were able to eat at The George on a couple of evenings and didn’t use our cars all weekend, which was just perfect. We did not park our cars on the main road but there’re plenty of places to park in the village, including the car park.

We loved Susan’s cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was really cosy and welcoming, we felt immediately at home. Location was great, being able to walk to the pubs and restaurants in the evening, but set in a lovely peaceful little row of cottages. Susan was also a super helpful host and really responsive. We had a great holiday, loved exploring Yarmouth and West Wight.

A characterful cottage & as described.. Close to amenities, yet very peaceful & bonus parking. A couple of initial queries, which was quickly rectified by Tania the host. Would stay again & recommend.

The location was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful, lots to do in the location. The accommodation was lovely. Quite spacious and comfortable. Very clean and fresh on entry. we had a lovely time.

We had a lovely few days on Hayling Island. The children loved exploring Hayling. We enjoyed riding the mini train and playing in the arcades. It was great having the beach on our door step, and we enjoyed playing on the beach and some "refreshing" dips in the sea. The accommodation worked perfectly. It was homely and felt very calm. The table tennis was an added bonus, and the girls spend hours on the table! Zoe was a lovely host, with lots of detailed information about the local area. I would definitely return.
