Really comfortable home, easy access, in a quiet street. Graham had left lots of provisions in the kitchen. It felt more like a home than a rental and we were very comfortable. Good location, close to best area on the beach and great pubs nearby. Walking distance to central Brighton but also quick bus links. Definitely recommend.

The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

The house was ideal for my sisters hen! Fab location and Ben was really responsive. Would recommend!

Very good location for a large group of friends. The property was clean and comfortable, and the location is very good! Valarie was also very responsive and pleasant.

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

Great property, very central and well equipped. Having the 2 digitally registered parking permits was brilliant because of the challenge of parking in Winchester. Felt right at home and had a wonderful weekend with the family as very easy to walk to the sights, pubs and restaurants.

if you are looking for a place within walking distance from train station and local shops and attractions this is a good base for all .off road parking is a added bonus.hosts live next door so easy to communicate with if needed, very friendly and helpful.

The house was so clean and decorated beautifully. The extra touches of a coffee machine and essentials like milk were very good. The area was surprisingly quiet as it was located near a bustling street.

Lovely house right in the centre of lewes with the added bonus of a parking space. If you are coming in more than one car then It is also easy to park in the nearby car park which is free overnight and reasonable during the day. It’s a short walk to a range of restaurants and cafes. Easy access to the downs and the seaside. Rachel is the perfect host.

Stayed with frail grandparents and our two little children (aged 4 and 2). Kids felt very at home, view was lovely. Beach was less than 3 mins walk. Discovered the harbour which was a short walk around the beach on the final day! wish we had discovered it sooner. Very comfortable and cosy. Easy to use everything there. A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Guildford. The house was exactly as advertised, had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable. We were within walking distance to the train station, High Street, the Guildford Castle, and the bus station. Guy was the perfect host, was at the house to meet us at check in, responsive to any need we had and communicated with us very well through the entire rental process.

This is a really beautiful little spot in the heart of East Cowes - with some lovely outlooks onto the harbour with all the yachts. We also had excellent access to the 'floating bridge' which could take our car across the harbour very quickly. It has a lovely upstairs area which is very comfortable with excellent kitchen facilities. It was also good to have a dedicated car space. Thank you for a lovely stay in this historic setting.

Me and a couple other friends stayed at Helen's place for 2 nights, and I must say the overall experience and Helen's hospitality was top notch! The house was clean and well looked after. The only caveat is that the address provided was showing a different location on Google Maps, so we had to ask around a little before we found the place. Hopefully an easy fix though.

We had an amazing Stay at Bens place. The hot tub was amazing. He was very helpful and always answered if we had a question. Great great host and great location!

A great location for exploring Southsea and the surrounding area. Easy to find, and the host kindly arranged parking for us. House was clean and tidy, and has great amenities.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

We had a great time in Laura's house. Although we were in town for work it was a lovely house to return to and unwind in. Very well situated house with lots of space.

Would highly recommend for a chilled kinky break away. It never will disappoint, this is our 2nd time we can't get enough. We can't wait to come back again soon. The hosts are very lovely and helpful. Xx

Beautiful house with everything as detailed.

Lovely, easy one night stay at Peter's place. It's so comfortable, with plenty of space for two, really cozy for a night in. Comfy bed, great shower, and every amenity you could need. Location is also ideal for access to some of my favourite parts of Brighton. Peter was also such a proactive and generous host, I really appreciated it.
