Very friendly host and living close helps , gave us some tips for our walking etc , clean accommodation and just right for a few days break

A great few days away in Bognor staying at this perfectly located flat. Perfect as our base for Goodwood, West Wittering and Arundel and easy walking distance from places for eating out in the town and right on the beach. Good amenities and lovely and clean. Great to be able to sit on the balcony with a morning coffee watching the world go by.

I had a lovely stay in Ros's delightful flat. It is well placed for walking into town and for countryside walks. The flat itself is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a good shower. It is super clean, beautifully presented and has a feeling of calm. Ros herself could not have been more helpful and even provided some breakfast items for me. I do not hesitate to recommend her flat.

stayed at this place as was visiting friends in the area, would definitely use this place again, was a described on the listing, Nick was a great host he met us as we turned up and left milk and bread cakes for us on our arrival, he also gave us great tips on places to eat and drink in the local area, Would def recommend,

We found Simon’s place to a good staring point for many activities. The Cowdray Polo Grounds are a 10 minute walk away, we went to watch a game and everyone was friendly. Great experience. The Cowdray Farm Gate Estate Shop has some wonderful produce. The Midhurst Old Town is lovely and there’s a small Sainbury’s and a small Tesco’s in easy walking distance. From Midhurst we went Arundel Castle (very interesting), Beachy Head and Barling Gap (longish drive but worthwhile), Amberley (a ‘chocolate’ box village streetscape). Simon’s flat has everything you could need, and feels like a lived in home. We really enjoyed our seven nights there.

Lovely accomodation, beautiful surroundings & everything you could ask for !

We had a lovely stay at Catherine’s delightful coach house. It is in an idyllic rural location with country walks alongside fields of horses and alpacas right from the door. Check in was really easy and we found everything we needed in the property. We were even pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the sofa bed was! There is lots to do in the local area. We visited the Portsmouth historic dockyard, Stansted Park (for an open air theatre performance) and Weald & Downland living museum in the 3 days we were in the area. We will certainly be back to explore this beautiful area further.

The flat is lovely and a great location for the south downs and surrounding areas. Allocated parking. Carrie was really accommodating on check-in and very responsive. The flat was squeaky clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. Beautiful rooms, especially the kitchen which is very well equipped with everything you could need.

Great location. Bed amazing, providing an amazing night sleep. I almost didn’t sleep want to get out of bed! Cosy, so much we had no issue having nights in. Host super responsive and helpful.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

This is a great flat, large, quiet, in a beautiful setting, and only about 30 seconds' walk from the cafe in the cloisters at the cathedral, where we went for breakfast. We would love to come back.

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at The Nest. The location is fantastic, just a short five-minute walk to a quiet, sandy stretch of beach where we spent much of each day. The accommodation was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The extra bed for our son was perfect, and we all slept really well. Lucy was an excellent host, friendly, responsive, and full of helpful local tips. Her clear instructions made finding The Nest and accessing the keys effortless. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

This place was a great deal and a wonderful warm and comfortable place to stay. The host was so kind, he actually met me at the home to show me all the amenities and explain the WiFi and answer any questions. I would recommend this home and this host 100%.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the sister hotel’s facilities including indoor and outdoor pools was fabulous and it was very well situated between the beach and the high street right next to the beautiful chine. Loved the Isle with its beautiful botanical gardens, beaches and dinosaur fossils to explore!

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!
