Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Selbst Steckdosenadapter für Geräte aus Deutschland waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum eines kleinen Orts, so dass man das echte Leben erleben kann. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Parkplatzsituaton in dem Ort ist schwierig, deshalb ist der eigene Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus 150m entfernt Gold wert. Mit großen Autos muss man etwas mehr rangieren, aber es passt. Die Gastgeben sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie informieren proaktiv und ausführlich über Anreise, Check-In und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und antworten sofort, wenn man sie kontaktiert. Als mal jemand auf unserem Parkplatz geparkt hat, hatten buchstäblich innerhalb von Sekunden eine Lösung. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir Dank der Wohnung und der Gastgeber sehr genießen konnten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt im AirBnB in Genua war hervorragend. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – zentral, viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft von Andrea: Er hat uns nicht nur persönlich empfangen, sondern auch geholfen, unsere Koffer vom Parkhaus zur Wohnung zu tragen – ein kleines Stück Weg. Zudem hat er uns eine Liste mit persönlichen Restaurantempfehlungen geschickt, uns die Karte erklärt und Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lorenzo's place is really lovely, cozy and feels like home. Extremely clean with all facilities needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Really comfortable bed and relaxing sofas. Great location in the heart of the historic centre! Would love to come back one day and spend more time here. Lorenzo was very helpful and kind with a difficult situation we had. Thank you Lorenzo. We had a fantastic stay in Carolina's apartment. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly require. Yes there are a lot of steps but the view is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable. The futon is actually a large sofa bed which is very comfortable too. The bathroom is newly renovated and is beautiful. Unfortunately due to the bad weather we could not take advantage of the fantastic views from the terrace. Carolina is fantastic to deal with. We will be back!

This was our second stay at Mainetta Sea View. The location of this apartment is outstanding! The views are gorgeous, and smells and sounds from the lively square, restaurants and the beach below is invigorating. Vernazza is my happy place, and this apartment makes our stay there perfect. Our whole family was comfortable and happy and we did not want to leave! We will be back…hopefully soon!

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

Amazing place! The apartment hit all the boxes and more. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4, including our two young kids (7.5 yrs and 10). Our kids enjoyed the multiple hiding places for hide and seek. ;) I personally enjoyed the large family room, the balconies, and the rain water shower head. It was also a bonus to have a washing machine to wash our smelly laundry, after traveling for over a week. The location of the apartment was perfect, too! Close to the beach, shopping, dining, grocery store, and only a 10 min walk from the train station. The apartment also came equipped with living supplies like towels for the shower, extra pillows and blankets, cooking pots, silverware, plates, cups, and even a Moka pot for coffee. If we come back, we’ll stay here for sure!

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De accommodatie was ruim, zeer netjes en op een originele manier ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Onze honden en wij hebben genoten van de grote omheinde tuin. De eigen parking was ook een pluspunt. De accommodatie is zeer gunstig gelegen voor uitstapjes naar Lerici, La Spezia , Cinque terre,... Federico is zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam. Hij checkte regelmatig hoe het ging en reageerde altijd snel op berichten. Een aanrader!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Logement très bien situé dans la ville et pour visiter les cinq terre et Pise également… Appartement très propre et literie de la chambre confortable (canapé du salon ne convient pas pour les adultes et ado car on sent une barre métallique dans le dos) La place de parking est très pratique et est un vrai plus dans cette région…supermarché à côté de l appartement c est top…petit bémol le bruit de rue et de la porte d entrée de l immeuble…Aussi bien pensé à prendre du gel douche, pastille de lave vaisselle et de lave linge car pas disponible dans l appartement…

Das Haus des Malers ist ein wunderbarer, persönlicher Ort. Mit grandiosem Ausblick, schönem Garten, individuell eingerichteter Wohnung. Einzig der Verkehr auf der Via Aurelia und die Züge stören ein wenig die ansonsten famose Lage am Golfo Paradiso. Vielen Dank an unsere herzlichen Gastgeber, die einen erfreulichen Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit haben: Wassersprudler, Plastik vermeiden, Heizen mit Pellets, Stromgewinnung per Photovoltaik. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartement de Virginia est confortable, décoré avec goût. Il est situé dans un quartier très plaisant, à proximité d'une promenade le long de la mer. Un marché alimentaire quotidien est à deux pas. Un bus conduit directement au centre ville et à Boccadasse et Nervi. Nous avons passé dans cet appartement une dizaine de jours tranquilles et agréables. Le contact avec Virginia est aisé et empreint de confiance. Ursula

Logement spacieux et propre dans la cité medievale de Gênes. Quartier vivant avec pleins de commerce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d'avoir 2 couchages séparés (proposé par Luca). Nous recommandons ce logement.
