Villa vacation rentals in Chiavari

The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures show. The 2 bedrooms are on either side of the large living room/dining room with it's balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and fully equipped. The villa sits about 2 flights of stairs above an occasionally busy street, so this is not a place for people with mobility issues. Light sleepers may be bothered by street noise, so bring ear plugs if this is an issue for you, but don't pass up this gem because of that. We loved staying in Levanto and this beautiful apartment and welcoming hostess were highlights of our trip to the Cinque Terre.

What an outstanding Airbnb. The location is beautiful and very convenient to everything the area has to offer. Starting from the beginning, Michele's instructions on entering the property were very clear. The property benefits from a private parking space, which in Liguria is both rare and a luxury! Both the inside and outside space were beautiful--the pictures are very accurate. We were able to settle in right away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen serviceable and the outside terraces perfect for lounging. The views of the sea, Rappalo and its peninsula are stunning. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. One word of caution, typical of Liguria, the house is reached by a series of stairs from the parking area. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone who is not able to easily navigate steep steps.

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in tranquillità casa molto bella e pulita. Mia figlia su sedia a rotelle ha avuto la possibilità di muoversi tranquillamente all'interno della casa in quanto la signora Danielle ha fatto in modo che tutto questo potesse avvenire. La signora Elena che ci ha accolti è una persona dolcissima e molto disponibile a risolvere le nostre richieste.

Really lovely villa with a fabulous view and a great garden. We really enjoyed our stay. Idyllic. We had some problems with the lock but the host responded quickly to the problem and fixed it. Everything was great and would recommend.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Grande maison au calme sur les hauteurs. Une terrasse ainsi qu’un rooftop agréable depuis la chambre du haut. BBQ charbon de bois disponible. À 15 min à pied de la gare et 25 min à pied de la plage à travers la jolie ville de Levanto. Possibilité de se garer dans la ville et à la gare grâce à leur badge (bien utile parfois). Un séjour très ressourçant, et sportif (de belles randonnées entre chaque village des Cinque Terre).

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

Fantastic villa. One of the best kept gardens we have seen. Unbelievable view. Well functioning house. Good location in the area. Bring some smaller luggage instead of one big one. There are 140 steps to the villa from the car

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

Alles perfekt, hatten nur kein Glück mit dem Wetter! Alte Villa mit sehr viel Charme und und allem was man so braucht! Bei voller Besetzung wäre ein zweites Sofa im Wohnzimmer ganz nett! Betten waren hervorragend, auch wenn man bei einigen nicht länger als 1,90 sein darf! Toller Garten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit etwas längeren Laufwegen, da Geschirr zT im Wohnzimmer steht, und Spülmaschine in der Speisekammer, aber so ist es halt in alten Häusern! Vermieter IMMER ansprechbar, vor Ort und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen wenn die Sonne scheint!

Ein herzliches Dankeschön, lieber Lothar, für diese unvergessliche Woche in deiner wunderschönen Villa Janina. Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Villa liegt traumhaft eingebettet in die Hügellandschaft mit zahlreichen Olivenbäumen; ein Ort zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die grosszügige Anlage, auf der sich unser Zwergdackel frei bewegen durfte. Ein weiteres Highlight war der herrliche Pool (ohne Chlor). Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet (auch für Homeoffice). Lothars Gastfreundschaft macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Speziellem. Er war jederzeit für uns da und hat uns herzlich in seine Gemeinschaft aufgenommen. Wir durften wunderbare Abende mit gemeinsamen grillieren und guten Gesprächen verbringen. Sori ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge entlang des Golfo Paradiso. Die Villa ist in ca. 15 Gehminuten (teils bergauf und über Treppen) vom Bahnhof Sori entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Danke dafür ! 5/5 Sterne für sie ! Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder ☺️

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Kindern, 5 und 8 Jahre) und unseren Schwiegereltern eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeberin sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, vollständig ausgestattet, charmant dekoriert und mit vielen kleinen und großen Dingen so gestaltet, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die wichtigsten Nummern für Taxi sind ebenso vorbereitet, wie Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Nutzung der Küche,… Wir haben sehr viel selbst gekocht, was in der komplett ausgestatteten Küche viel Spaß gemacht hat. Der Garten ist bezaubernd. Top gepflegt, viele Sitzecken und Liegemöglichkeiten, ein sauberer Pool, Spielzeug für die Kinder (und Erwachsenen),… Der Ausblick ist wahnsinnig schön und lädt zum gemütlichen Glas Wein am Abend genauso ein, wie zur entspannten Tasse Kaffee am Morgen und einem ausgedehnten Frühstück. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Recco. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeberin nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für ein

We absolutely loved our stay at Stefano's house! The location was beautiful - we did some really lovely walks in the surrounding hills and some day trips to the coast. The house itself was wonderful. We loved the character of the building and appreciated the care with which it has been restored. The furniture was all really interesting and well curated. We felt right at home and it was the perfect cosy spot on the colder days. We still managed to enjoy the pool when the sun came out! We would definitely love to come and stay again someday. Nous avons passé un super week-end dans la maison. La vue sur la mer et la baie de Levanto est incroyable. Tout ça, dans un endroit très calme. Bref, un endroit idéal pour profiter de la dolce vita.

Fijne ontvangst door hosts Patrizia en Carlo. Erg nuttige tips over wat te doen en waar te eten in map in de woning. De vakantiewoning ligt op afgesloten eigen terrein (hek met eigen afstandsbediening), ruim plaats voor auto en zonnen op het gazon.
