Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Giulia's apartment was beautiful and within 5 minutes from the station. There was also a lift from the station to the road that led to her apartment. Giulia was immensely helpful and her husband came over promptly to sort out our heater. She also offered coupons to redeem a delicious breakfast. A yummy treat indeed!

Our stay here was booked on a whim, as the previous booked airbnb, had many faults, so we had to check out and Edison was brilliant from start to finish. Check in was great and easy. Apartment is a lovely space, all beds were comfy, bathroom, a tight squeeze but manageable. We reported a few Maintinence issues, window handle was already broken, kitchen handle just came off the door. Considering some renovations are needed, i felt the price per night was steep, didn’t match the interior. Although we did have a lovely tome spent.

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Michela è stata gentilissima fin dai primi messaggi che ci siamo scambiate. Ci aspettava a casa quando siamo arrivati e ci ha fatto vedere tutta la casa anche in vista del nostro prossimo viaggio in estate. Ci ha fatto trovare il lettino per il nostro bimbo in camera. Ha preparato una torta ottima e ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario per merende e colazioni. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ci vediamo in agosto!

I stayed at Emanuele’s place during Pontremoli’s medieval festival. It’s a perfect location, quiet but close to the center. Everything you need in a very large kitchen, sitting room and bedroom. It’s on the second floor of an historic building. Emanuele is very nice and responsive. I would stay there again.

Excellent séjour chez Pier Francesco, nous avons adoré le logement qui est super chaleureux, au calme, bien équipé et avec une vue imprenable sur toute la baie ! Nous l'avons trouvé idéalement situé car très au calme tout en étant proche de la ville. La Spezia est un emplacement parfait pour visiter les 5 terres et le golfe des poètes. bref, que du positif et nous recommandons vivement ce Airbnb !

Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Wohnung von Antonella verbracht. Es war sehr angenehm, wunderschöne Nachbarschaft und 3 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Es hat alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Wohnung war sehr sauber und Antonella hat immer sofort geantwortet. Nichts zu meckern!

Un très jolie logement, tres belle vue. On a eu un grand appartement qui était juste nickel, tout neuf et propre. Un jolie village, des belles randonnées - on est allé jusqu’au quartier Nervi de Genes ou il y a un jolie sentier littoral. Beaucoup de choses a faire sur la territoire d’hotel, un bon petit déjeuner Merci, rien à rajouter.
