Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chianciano Terme

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Straight out of a dream or movie, Alessandra’s place is magical. The stunning property sits at the top of a hill and this residence with 3 floors has amazing views from every window. The terrace is the perfect place for meals. We liked that we hardly saw tourists in town but big enough for a couple of great restaurants and close to so many surrounding towns for day trips. We had an amazing cooking class on the property that Alessandra arranged in another picturesque large space with more views. I’ve been all over Italy and this was one of the best. We hope to be back!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sectret Garden. Thank you Davide for the goodies in the fridge and the food in the very well stocked cupboards. We managed to have time to read a book in the llovely garden depite having showers. Easy to reach the town centre, we took the escalator for a couple of days and decided to walk from the Plazza De Campo. one evening , walked every day very easy walk back to the house and train station. We would definitely stay again. Carol and Richard.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

The Vacation was a dream😍 We visited Jennys Airbnb with out Dog Falko and he absolutely loved it. The View was breathtaking and Jenny was always available and cared for us in the best way. Simone è stata una persona fantastica, ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di benvenuto a dir poco fantastica, con biscotti succhi di frutta e brioche per la colazione, lenzuola profumate e pulitissime. La sua casa è una meraviglia, curata nel dettaglio, molto pulita e disponibile di tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere periodi lunghi. Dispone di un meraviglioso giardino dove chi come noi viaggia con i nostri amici a quattro zampe è stupendo. Sicuramente torneremo a farti visita prossimamente, grazie ancora per averci fatto sentire come a casa.

È stato un soggiorno breve, di 2 notti, però la casa è pulita e confortevole con tutto ciò che può servire, dalle attrezzature della cucina alla lavatrice per un veloce lavaggio. Facile e veloce arrivare nel centro della città, ottima posizione. Quindi grazie

We loved our stay at Clara’s apartment! First of all, Clara is a delight. So very warm and friendly. The apartment is located in a perfect location, just outside the mediaeval walls of SG, just several hundred meters from the center of town. The place is well appointed and Clara was incredibly attentive. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Apartamento muy conveniente para una visita a Perugia, especialmente si vas con coche. Gabriele es muy atento como anfitrión, y el apartamento está bien equipado, como aparece en el anuncio.

Appartamento bellissimo e di nuova costruzione situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro di Marina di Grosseto. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato sul retro dell'appartamento in area chiusa. Hosting super disponibili e gentilissimi. Super consigliato!

Hat alles bestens funktioniert. Lage ist super, nahe am grossen, breiten Sandstrand. ca. 10 minütiger Fussmarsch ins Zentrum vom Marina. Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch gut ohne Auto möglich. Grössere Einkaufzentren/ Sehenswürdigkeiten für Alternativprogramme mit Auto gut erreichbar. Wohnung sauber und gut gepflegt, in ruhigem Wohnquartier mit viel Grünflache in Gehdistanz. Alles Nötigen ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Danke Roberta für die schönen 14 Tage bei dir in der Wohnung

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla’s. She met us at the mini-metro stop and walked us to the apartment. She gave us a tour and answered all questions. The recommendations she provided were spot on. The house was loaded with extra goodies and water and the location is really unbeatable. The back patio is breathtaking to watch the fog in the valley in the mornings. Stay here if you get a chance and enjoy what it would be like to be a local.

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.

Struttura splendida, tutto pulito ed ordinato. Abbiamo avvisato che sarebbe venuto con noi anche il nostro cagnolino e abbiamo trovato nell’appartamento una cuccia e una ciotola. Daniela la loro collaboratrice in zona è stata gentilissima e collaborativa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posto molto bello immerso nel verde tra i vigneti, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Essendo nel verde, la strada è sterrata ma non è stato un problema per noi. Sicuramente un posto che consiglieremmo!

La casa è bellissima, nuova e pulitissima corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, le foto sono veritiere e precise. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort ( incluso un posto auto nel Box molto comodo) ed è situata in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al centro cittadino pedonale che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi, inclusa Piazza del Campo. Alessandro si è rivelato molto gentile e disponibile e anche molto flessibile per ogni necessità. A breve distanza ci sono sia supermercati che ottimi ristoranti per ogni esigenza. Il posto è perfetto per visitare Siena e tutti i meravigliosi dintorni.

Absolutely perfect place and incredible hosts. Everything exactly as described, would it recommend it for longer and shorter stays to get the best out of Perugia!
