Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chianciano Terme

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Straight out of a dream or movie, Alessandra’s place is magical. The stunning property sits at the top of a hill and this residence with 3 floors has amazing views from every window. The terrace is the perfect place for meals. We liked that we hardly saw tourists in town but big enough for a couple of great restaurants and close to so many surrounding towns for day trips. We had an amazing cooking class on the property that Alessandra arranged in another picturesque large space with more views. I’ve been all over Italy and this was one of the best. We hope to be back!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

Fantastic location in beautiful Siena right by the escalators and close enough to walk to everything. The house was very comfortable, with adequate hot water, good ac/heat and comfy beds. Davide was very helpful in making a couple of dinner reservations for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and will gladly recommend this Airbnb to others!

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. The Vacation was a dream😍 We visited Jennys Airbnb with out Dog Falko and he absolutely loved it. The View was breathtaking and Jenny was always available and cared for us in the best way. Simone was a fantastic person, she welcomed us with a fantastic welcome bottle to say the least, with cookies, fruit juices and brioche for breakfast, fragrant and very clean sheets. His house is a wonder, with attention to detail, very clean and available with everything you need to spend long periods. It has a wonderful garden where those of us who travel with our four-legged friends have a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back to visit you soon, thanks again for making us feel at home.

We felt very comfortable at the place - a great location for exploring Perugia and close to the train and bus station as well as to the escalators. In the morning sun we were able to enjoy our coffee in the garden. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the accommodation, Anna was very friendly, very responsive and very accommodating. The accommodation is very peaceful and close to the historic city center. I would highly recommend it.

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

Clara was an incredible host! She made us feel right at home, and the apartment was identical to the listing. My wife and I spent several hours on the terrace during our stay, enjoying the Tuscan weather, writing postcards, and drinking coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay in San Gimignano. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely reach out and try to book again!

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Apartamento very convenient for a visit to Perugia, especially if you are driving. Gabriele is very responsive as a host, and the apartment is well equipped, as it appears in the listing.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla’s. She met us at the mini-metro stop and walked us to the apartment. She gave us a tour and answered all questions. The recommendations she provided were spot on. The house was loaded with extra goodies and water and the location is really unbeatable. The back patio is breathtaking to watch the fog in the valley in the mornings. Stay here if you get a chance and enjoy what it would be like to be a local.

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Very nice place surrounded by greenery among the vineyards, very kind and helpful owners. Being in the green, the road is dirt but it wasn't a problem for us. Definitely a place we would recommend!

The house is beautiful, new and very clean, exactly as described, the photos are true and accurate. The apartment has every comfort (including a parking space in the Very comfortable box) and is located in a very quiet area but close to the pedestrian city center that you can easily walk to, including Piazza del Campo. Alessandro was very kind and helpful and also very flexible for every need. Within walking distance there are both supermarkets and great restaurants for every need. The place is perfect for visiting Siena and all the wonderful surroundings.

Frederica's place is fantastic. An amazing location in a beautiful city. Inside the flat is modern, but sympathetic to the wonderful old building. This is a really special place and I loved staying there. Frederica was a great host.
