This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Duccio was a very gracious host. Place and location are beautiful and amazingly peaceful for being so close to the city center. Garden was amazing with beautiful views.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sectret Garden. Thank you Davide for the goodies in the fridge and the food in the very well stocked cupboards. We managed to have time to read a book in the llovely garden depite having showers. Easy to reach the town centre, we took the escalator for a couple of days and decided to walk from the Plazza De Campo. one evening , walked every day very easy walk back to the house and train station. We would definitely stay again. Carol and Richard.

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. For a rental in the heart of Umbria and southern Tuscany, look no further, this is where you want to come. Annette and Michel

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Beautiful building incorporated in a dream location surrounded by nature. Paolo is a beautiful person, always present, courteous and very responsive.

The place looks exactly as in the offer! It is beautiful. On the ground floor there is one big area- covering a dining room, kitchen and living room. On the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is clean and nice. Both swimming pool as well as the swimming pool area is big and nice. Perfect place to relax. We traveled with a baby and needed baby bed- it is available but with additional cost, which is extremely high. The baby bad costs 100 euro for 1 week! The price is extremely high considering the cost of a new baby bed is around 50 euro. The baby high feeding chair was not available. Taking it into account the house was not prepared to host babies. The host is very nice and helpful. She provided us some additional information we needed. We also had a late check in and it was not a problem. Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is quite small but nice and has a few really good restaurants!

Panjano is so nice every time I come. This time, I was especially happy to be able to stay in Moni's peaceful villa where I could hear the sound of birds! :) Parking is convenient and cooking is possible. The two of us stayed, but I think it's enough for 4 people to stay.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Everything necessary is available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house. Thanks Roberta for the nice 14 days at your apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla’s. She met us at the mini-metro stop and walked us to the apartment. She gave us a tour and answered all questions. The recommendations she provided were spot on. The house was loaded with extra goodies and water and the location is really unbeatable. The back patio is breathtaking to watch the fog in the valley in the mornings. Stay here if you get a chance and enjoy what it would be like to be a local.

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Beautiful structure, everything clean and tidy. We warned that our dog would also come with us and we found a kennel and a bowl in the apartment. Daniela their collaborator in the area was very kind and collaborative. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice place surrounded by greenery among the vineyards, very kind and helpful owners. Being in the green, the road is dirt but it wasn't a problem for us. Definitely a place we would recommend!

The house is beautiful, new and very clean, exactly as described, the photos are true and accurate. The apartment has every comfort (including a parking space in the Very comfortable box) and is located in a very quiet area but close to the pedestrian city center that you can easily walk to, including Piazza del Campo. Alessandro was very kind and helpful and also very flexible for every need. Within walking distance there are both supermarkets and great restaurants for every need. The place is perfect for visiting Siena and all the wonderful surroundings.

Absolutely perfect place and incredible hosts. Everything exactly as described, would it recommend it for longer and shorter stays to get the best out of Perugia!
