Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, but still be 10-15 minutes from everything in town, close to the base, hospital, and shopping. 20 minutes to Curt Gowdy (hiking, fishing, boating, paddle boards, mountain biking) and Vedauwoo (hiking, views, rock climbing, bouldering, etc). We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. Gas fireplace, covered patio, private dog run, private parking.

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code. The apartment is not baby friendly, no crib provided.
