This newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath house has everything you need to enjoy a getaway in the heart of downtown Cheyenne. The house is located across the street from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center's Cancer Center, and one block east of the majestic Capital building and legendary Cheyenne Parade route. The spacious quarters have brand new furnishings to make your stay extra special. The house is equipped with a keyless entry and high-speed WIFI. There is also an off-street parking space.

Our one bedroom condo is located off I 25, minutes to CFD, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gas, museums and greenway bike/walking path. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. One queen sized bed, dresser, side tables and TV are in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, desk and counter height bar stools are in the main living area. I have provided Extra linens, towels, blankets, pillow, Cleaning supplies and extra bathroom/kitchen items. The vanity is separate from the water closet.

Across the street is the darling Central Cafe where you can grab a morning cup and breakfast, or make it right from the fully stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee and hot cocoa provided.
