Great apartment for 4 guests. Pub below is really nice and closes quite early, so it's not very noisy. Very clean. Boad games is a thoughtful addition Heaters are easy to use, so you can easily turn them on / off as required. Points to note 1) if you're a coffee person, bring a cafetiere 2) airbnb says to message the host to check in. We didn't get a response, but you simple head to the pub and they check you in.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at Phillip’s studio loft. Location was perfect for our needs. Everything was pristine. Laminated instruction sheets for using the appliances were helpful . Phillip was a good host, met us on arrival and was most welcoming. We would definitely book this again.

We had a really good stay at Iron House's "Hillary's Hideaway" previously and so we booked at Iron House again to visit friends in the area. "James' Place" was even better for us as it is all on the ground floor. It was clean and comfortable with everything you could want for a short break with our dog. The kitchen amenities are first rate, the bedroom is huge and the bathroom is like new. We had a great stay.

So cosy & welcoming, it was perfect for us & our two Border Terriers. They especially loved the underfloor heating! Beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing time, our hosts were friendly & responsive re: any queries we had. Would highly recommend & thank you, for accepting dogs too, this made it for us! 😊
