The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

I had a lovely stay at Maria's apartment, it is beautifully kept, clean and modern with everything I needed. It's in a great location for the city and the beach. Maria was a fabulous host and was really helpful. I'd really recommend staying here for your trip.

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

The vacation was a success! We were 3 adults and 3 children. Everything went great. We arrived at 11 am and the host greeted us kindly. Despite the problems with the lack of water in the city due to the disaster, we were helped with the water on the day of arrival at night :)) The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Bed linen sets are enough for our family. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's very good that there is an elevator. The host was always available and answered our questions, was hospitable. Thank you for your stay :)

We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. I had a really nice time at this B&B in Valencia and here's my review: Room environment: The room is very modern and clean, giving a comfortable feeling. Kitchen and Dining: The kitchen and dining area is very spacious and equipped with an oven and microwave, which is very convenient to use. Shopping convenience: There is a big supermarket nearby, just 3 minutes on foot, shopping is very convenient. Value for money: Although it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the center of Valencia, it's really good value for money.In addition, free parking is available on the surrounding streets. Tip: The owner should repair the shower and toilet buttons, everything else is perfect. Service feedback: The Host's response was also very timely, leaving a good impression. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
