Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cheshire

Great place for 3/4 people. Good location near albert docks and not far from city centre.

The place is a 2 bed in a nice apartment tower close to a lovely little oasis of a park where we could walk our dog. The place itself was clean , spacious for the three of us with good facilities. Although not right in the centre , it’s really close for anyone with two legs or 4 legs if you have a pet. It is very easy to walk to the city centre and really not far .Also I went to the Etihad and walked in just over 30 mins. Darts and PS4 are added bonus. The communication with Stephen was good. Would recommend to anyone as this is good value versus some of the more centrally based and overpriced hotels.Also parking was very good value compared to most other parking booked with hotels. Thanks Stephen for the free crocs - a nice surprise.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jonathan’s place. Ideal neighborhood, which led to some incredible evening walks along the river. Food / coffee nearby is incredible. Everything is well within walking distance. The flat is very private, felt right at home without much disturbance. Jonathan accurate an early check in for me, which was so amazing considering I’d just got in from a very long journey. He was also responsive and empathetic to a unique issue that accured on the first night, so rest assured he will take care of you should anything go wrong! There is an elevator that gets you right up to the third level, super easy to navigate. The shower is wonderful. My only critiquing would be to do with slow WiFi (I was in town for business, so this annoyed me a bit when I needed it) and the main bed could do with more pillows to make it more comfy (totally a personal preference) but all this to say, I’d happily stay again and overall, I’d 100% recommend to anyone considering. I stayed here last minute for a concert and I’m so glad I did. The host was super responsive and proactive, and the flat was gorgeous. It was spacious and clean, and the balcony was to die for. The flat was quiet even with the balcony door open. The bedding was really comfortable, and the extra touches in the bathroom were really appreciated!! I felt safe in the building and area, and it was really close to the city centre. It was less than 10 mins by bus. There were shops nearby which is where you collect the keys for self check in. You give in your code and they give you the key. I paid the £150 deposit (bear in mind you do pay outside of the app, I didn’t realise this) and I was a bit nervous about this. I contacted Airbnb support and they assured me it was fine. The host was patient while I spoke to support. I received the entire deposit back today. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definitely be back (hopefully in the warmer weather to enjoy the balcony properly!) Thankyou!!!💓

My first time using an Airbnb and I was extremely impressed with the apartment. It was beautiful inside and was spotlessly clean throughout. Check-in instructions which were sent to me 24 before check-in, where accurate and easy to follow. The host was kind, polite and responded to my messages within a very short timespan. They were very patient with me being the first time using Airbnb and not knowing how things worked. Clean towels/bedsheets were ready for us plus some tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets also provided which was helpful as well. Overall I great experience and a delightful host. 100% satisfied with my entire experience. Thanks for everything ❤️

Rohana & Ahsan's place is exactly as described and depicted on the advert listing. The location is great with tram and bus stops just metres away and lots of iconic and adventure places within easy reach. The property is well equipped with everything you would ever need to enjoy a home-away-from-home experience. We had trouble accessing the key safe. The instruction given was not very clear and could have been better but the hosts were very responsive and resolved our issue quickly. They also gave us a nice little compensation for the little trouble, which was greatly appreciated. I stayed with my young kids and they absolutely enjoyed it and have said they would like us to return. Thank you Rohana & Ahsan for being such great hosts!

The studio apartment was just what we needed on a last minute visit to my husband’s elderly parents who live just up the road. The kitchen was fine for making breakfast and snacks but wouldn’t be suitable for anyone wanting to cook a full meal. However, the food at the “Old George” which is on the doorstep was good and there are several eateries in Lindley which is only ten minutes walk away. The staff at Heritage were friendly, welcoming and responsive.

We travelled up from Portsmouth for a football game. The listing was an ideal location and very easy to find. The flat itself is exactly as described and had everything we could need. Ogo was incredibly responsive and super helpful. Would highly recommend

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful location alongside the river and you can sit in the hot tub and watch the ducks go by. The cottage is well kept inside, two good size bedrooms and lounge is cosy. The host Will was very friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend a walk up the hill to the Chequers pub as food is excellent and dog friendly.

Well, what a lovely home from home place to stay at for a long weekend. We were visiting family between Christmas and New Year. The place had everything to offer with a beautiful view. Perfect location for Cheshire and for Manchester. A place we would definitely stay at again. Nissa was a great host. Thank you again.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

We have now stayed in a couple of properties Hayley manages and we have been very pleased with both. This house was her home and we had everything we needed. Plenty of parking, well equipped house and comfortable beds.
