Perfect for what we needed. Very close to city centre, beds were comfy and clean. Kitchen was clean with all the amenities needed to make us feel right at home.

A great house in a peaceful area of the Peak District, with plenty of space for five people (plus a dog). The rooms were all spacious and tastefully decorated. The views from virtually every window were spectacular. Thank you very much to the hosts.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

The house was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic stay, it's very close to a large park where we had lovely sunny walks. The location was perfect for us as it's very close to where my sister lives and also lots of shops and a great cafe (Mediterranean Cafe) very close. Heather was really helpful and responsive and had all we needed to stay very comfortably with our 7 month old baby. We would come back here in a heartbeat as it was such a great experience. We had a lovely relaxing few days at the Owlet. We had all we needed. The hot tub was great, the supply of logs were appreciated and the heated mattress was so cosy. The location was perfect so peaceful and only the sound of birds. The lake was lovely to walk around and had some good size fish. My husband’s only regret is he didn’t get to fish. We have already recommended The Owlet and would return. Thank you Sarah and family.

Great value for a great place to stay. A short drive away from the busy centre of Llangollen so it was very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful welsh surroundings literally on the door step. Hosts were very friendly but as they’d organised the accommodation so well, we didn’t really need to bother them! The house has everything needed for a short stay to make our stay all the more convenient. I will definitely recommend to my friends with their families! Diolch yn fawr

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

Really enjoyed the stay, the cabin was spotless. The hot tub was excellent, chemicals checked every night at 10pm, so there is a curfew of 10pm for the hot tub but this didn’t bother us. Would definitely come again, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Another last minute booking whilst on the road. Sue responded immediately and all of her directions were crystal clear. Sue even left a few things in the fridge to help me out which was appreciated. Great place, private parking with virtually an onsite security guard! If I’m ever in the area again will be sure to book!

We are first time visitors in Skipton and glad we stayed with Mel and Jason's place. It was near to the place we were meeting with friends so that comes handy with us getting uber to and from the place. We were out much of the day so it's just nice to come home to a cozy place. Mel and Jason were responsive and timely with their reminders. They also offered some bread, eggs and butter which was thoughtful.

Beautiful lodge in the middle of the country side, kids loved the drive up to the property seeing all the lambs and calf’s on the farm. Hot tub was great and having a large enclosed garden made it a wonderful and stress free trip even with 2 children and 2 dogs 😆 everything we could need was provided ( logs for fire, kitchen equipment etc)

I highly recommend this beautiful house in a quiet and peaceful location. Jill was an excellent host, helpful and informative and the house was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The surrounding fields had newborn lambs and free range chickens which added to the atmosphere. if you come across this property when looking for a place to stay, look no further and book it immediately.

Had the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves. The wifi had a good signal and the beds were comfortable for us. Has a good shower too. Easy to get inside and enough parking on the driveway for one vehicle. Although the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, it was a little noisy for me during the night as its also close to a main road (being a very light sleeper that my problem). I was greatful for the earplugs provided. Overall a good place to stay.
