Situated on the river Dee, just 2 minutes walk to Llangollen bridge and all town centre amenities. We are dog & child friendly with a fairy garden, tree house and trampoline. We are set in a private enclosed 1 acre garden on the river bank with fishing rights. There are a variety of seating areas, fire pit and BBQ. You have your own private fully equipped kitchen and indoor toilet. We don’t currently have showering facilities but you could try your hand at a wild swim! Onsite bicycle mechanic

The site is situated on the outskirts of Hulland Ward village. It has a private entrance and the tents sit looking out onto stunning Derbyshire views and over the meadow after which the site is named. The village is a short walk and offers a farm shop, garage, local store, and pub. A stay here can meet everyone's wishes, including walks to suit all abilities, cycle routes, watersports, historic buildings, tourist attractions, theme parks and famous Derbyshire villages and market towns.

We had a great stay in the bell tent and it had everything you could need. The only negative really is the road in, it's very bumpy with potholes, but its fine if you take it slow - also worth noting that we had no phone signal at all, but that may not be a bad thing!

We booked this with less than 24 hours notice and it was was perfect. We all felt very welcomed, the area was so peaceful with lovely views. My son loved the football pitch and my daughter loved the goats. I can’t recommend this place enough not just for adults. They were a lovely family who couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so safe so I knew that if the kids went off to the animals or football I knew they were ok without having to split in 2. The woodland was so calming I wish we had of brought better shoes to explore it more. We will definitely be going back. The beds were nice and comfy and we had plenty of room in the tent. Amy was so nice with my daughter never pushed her to speak but could see she loved the goats and let her feed them and play with all their sons scooters and toys which was so appreciated. Their son was also really nice and my son loved playing sports with him. Can’t fault the location, stay or family.

Really lovely setting for camping. Grass was really well kept, and the showers and toilets were really clean. It wasn’t a noisy place, and the surrounding area was beautiful. You can pitch we’re you like. And there is a place for drinking water and also washing the dishes . I would recommend this campsite. Jackie was also very accommodating with us, as we were unable to arrive on the date we had booked and were offered to make up our stay by adding another night to the end of the stay instead.

what can I say this was full on glamping style. the bell tent was spacious. the bed was comfy and cozy . the lighting was beautiful . everything was thought about. box of all your cooking utensils and amenities. a fridge a gas stove etc also the fine touches of fresh towel on your bed. electric blanket 4 chilly eve and extra baskets to wrap around u If sitting out under the stars. the camp itself was not to busy and well kept. toilets cleaned regularly and every one got on around camp. all in all a lovely place to stsy and great glamping experience. we will be back

We enjoyed a really lovely couple of nights in the bell tent. Kim was very considerate and helpful. We’ve never really been camping and I think it showed but it was a nice experience. A good mix of isolation and convenience! There were campers relatively nearby but we weren’t disturbed at all. We enjoyed a random walk down country lanes and met many cows.
