We stayed at Jean Pierre's beautiful place for two nights, as a big group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only is the house itself set in peaceful and picturesque surroundings but the interior is cosy and warm with fun extras. We appreciated the pellet fire and the open log fire in the kitchen too. The kitchen itself is very spacious which was ideal for us to use for our big group meals. The bedrooms are comfortable and really nicely decorated. What made our stay so good though was the hospitality and kindness from Jean Pierre and his wife, Amparo. We organised a wine tasting one evening at their bodega and they were so accommodating, knowledgeable and great company. It was a very special evening that really added to our birthday celebrations! I would definitely recommend staying at El Poblet. You will be very well looked after. In fact, I'm already looking forward to booking again in the future.

We loved our stay at Cullera's house. The house is very nice, comfortable and everything was very clean. The pool was a luxury, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. In addition, the hosts were very nice and pleasant at all times, attentive to anything we might need. We would definitely repeat. Thank you for all!

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

We have had a wonderful family bridge. The plot and the house are very complete and you do not lack anything to disconnect and enjoy nature, a good barbecue and a bath in the pool as long as the weather allows. The treatment with Sergio and his parents was 10, very helpful and kind at all times. Recommended 100% if you are thinking of staying in the area 😊

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

Really a lovely place to stay, with plenty of storage space. The kitchens were well equipped. The view from the villa was really beautiful. I only have one small criticism, or if I had known it beforehand, it probably wouldn't even be one: each guest is only provided with a single towel. I would have liked more towels per guest, because it was stated that towels would be provided.

The house far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the house is, and they're good photos. Nuria's house is beautifully decorated and when we entered we felt like we were the first guests in the house, it was so clean, well organized and everything was well cared for. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were basic ingredients such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc., which we appreciated since we arrived on a holiday and almost everything was closed Nuria as a host, a 10. Always attentive to the questions we asked her before our stay and once there, also attentive to any questions or issues that arose. Check-in and check-out were very easy and rounded out a wonderful experience. All in all, a totally recommended place to stay.

We had a wonderful time The house is very nice and tastefully decorated, also the garden and the swimming pool. The center is not really within walking distance unless you like brisk walks, but the area and the view of the Montgó more than makes up for it. We are definitely considering returning.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at Inge's house for a wedding weekend along with two other couples, and it was one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. A beautiful home with an amazing layout, clean, spacious, and an excellent location in the town. Parking for two cars in the garage also a massive bonus. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

This is the second time that we have come and we love it. Located in a central area with many restaurants nearby, it is perfect to spend a few days relaxing and enjoy the city walking, visiting the castle and the museum, walking the streets of the old part... The house is very large and spacious inside, decorated and furnished in rustic Spanish style, we have loved it. It allows you to see the exits of the processions of Semana Santa comfortably. We recommend everyone who is looking for privacy and comfort.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

We liked our week in Elia's house very much. It is a beautiful house that is equipped with all comforts with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The area is quiet and invites you to walk. Contact with Elia went very smoothly. Before the arrival there were very clear instructions about the house and the area. The communication was always clear and smooth and the hospitality and care was great. It is clear that they have an eye for details and that they care about their hospitality. Recommended!
