Monthly Rentals in Cheddar

This is a truly peaceful place to stay. In the countryside, surrounded by fields and birdsong in the mornings. It is compact (bijou?) and very cosy. The shower is great (a real plus).

We stayed 5 weeks and absolutely loved our time here. The location is perfect for us as we have family in the area but also for walking/cycling and access to Bristol and Bath. Jackie and Ian are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They live on site with their beautiful family but very much give you space and privacy. The apartment is modern and clean and accommodates 2 people comfortably. We would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and can’t wait to go back in the future. Thank you both so much.

Huge thankyou to Alison and Joe. Lovely place and lovely people. Went to explore the area, but spent some time in the village also. Bedding towells robes were lovely also had left biscuits and chocolate for us. The place was spotless and lovely decorated. Overlooks a small lake with a view of the gorge too, little streams/rivers very nice. Would recommend to couples that love to chill/explore, highly recommend the hosts too. Thankyou again

What a lovely place - there were 5 of us so there was plenty of space and most of us had our own room and bathroom. The beds were soooooo comfortable and lovely fresh linen and towels - each room named after a bird and beautiful. We made use of the kitchen and dining/seating area and the really lovely outdoor space which we were lucky enough weather wise to be able to eat out at. Great location for walking cheddar gorge but far enough away from the centre of town to feel peaceful. Tesco metro practically next door and a bigger Sainsbury’s further down the road. Milk, eggs, yummy bread and butter provided. Would definitely stay again.
