The place looks exactly like the photos. It was well maintained and full of amenities which are described. The hosts are very good and responsive. There places gives you nice traditional Konkani vibes. I would recommend going here during early monsoon or Winter.

Although we didn’t get chance to meet Rashmi, she has been a very good host by providing information proactively and checking on us during our stay. The biggest attraction for us was of the private pool which was maintained very well. The surprise was the lovely caretaker couple Amit & Aditi. Amit was friendly and smiling whereas Aditi dished out tasty dishes. Her ukadiche modak were really yummy and we ended up ordering again next day. Another thing that we liked was that kitchen was well equipped with basic cooking ingredients and barbecue set came in handy in the night. We enjoyed this place as a family and we would definitely like to visit again.

The property was amazing, beautiful, and same just as defined in pictures. The revdanda beach was at walkable distance. Villa felt completely private, secured and safe which is top most priority when visiting with females in the group. Most of the nearby restaurants are non veg but if someone prefers pure veg restaurant only, you can easily order from zomato/Swiggy from far places, it might take a little more time but good enough. The pool area and property constructed in a way that no one can watch from outside. The hospitality by caretaker vinod is hats off, one of the best I ever experienced. He make sure that group visiting feels like home and they enjoy the stay. We have taken only Tea/Coffee and breakfast at villa from their limited menu option, but it was great. Don't take any excessive things as almost everything is available at villa. The lawn area was small, but it didn't affected us as we didn't required it much.
