You will find this cozy apartment (on the second floor) with all amenities, as shown in the pictures, 8 minutes from downtown Perigueux. Close to the city center, yet in a rural location. The grounds with parking have various terraces; part with sun loungers, part with a lounge sofa / chairs, a separate covered terrace with dining area and a terrace by the swimming pool, everything to relax. For the enthusiast, there is an 18-hole golf course in 6 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
