We loved staying here! Monica was super responsive and helpful. Everything was super clean and as described. It felt very private and we had our own entrance and driveway. It did not feel like a carriage house and was private and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and really enjoy the ease of getting in and out and the atmosphere. It’s perfect for visiting our family. Very nice!

Michael’s place was perfect. From the clean place and great amenities to the responsiveness and friendliness of the host, you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and I will be sure to check out that park across the street the next time I stay here!!

Lisa’s place was amazing! I booked at the last second booking, but she was extremely understanding. It was very clean, cozy and for the price; you won’t find a better listing. I’d definitely stay there again.

Lovely place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants, parks/walking trails, and easy access to other neighborhoods as well. The space was beautiful, very clean, well stocked, and I loved sitting outside on the patio!

Quiet Cozy little space with almost all accommodations necessary for a short stay except for an oven. It was a little difficult to see from the road at first but easy to spot after that! The host was very kind and quick to respond to any messages. 20 minute drive into downtown charlotte and close to other fun places outside of the city. The space is placed over a garage but we never had any issues with that. I’ll definitly stay again if I ever need to be near charlotte.

We found the apartment perfect for us,spacious and clean. The location was in the country but not too far away from local amenities, about 10 minutes drive to Highway 74 . The goats are super friendly and enjoyed eating everything we gave them. Definitely would stay again.

I stayed at this beautiful loft during a family emergency, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. The space itself was stunning. I’m talking spacious, private, filled with natural sunlight, and decorated with so much care and style. The appliances were all brand new, especially in the bathroom, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The area felt incredibly safe and was the perfect distance to nearby shops and restaurants—Snooze Eatery and Biscuit Belly were just down the road and definitely worth a visit. Communication with the host, Ms. Elizabeth, was clear, prompt, and incredibly kind. Her warmth and hospitality genuinely helped ease my stress during a difficult time. The WiFi worked great, the location was ideal, and honestly, I’m a little jealous of how beautiful this place is! I’ll absolutely be booking with Ms. Elizabeth again. Highly, highly recommend this stay! Y’all, go ahead and book with that amazing host ASAP.

We have stayed in many AirBnbs, and it is safe to say that this is among our absolute favorites! From the delightfully welcoming living room to the spacious (and exceptionally well equipped!) kitchen to the comfy bed, skylights and openness of the bedroom, it provided everything one could ask and more. Deer greeted us in the mornings, too. It was wonderful stay! We have a new granddaughter in Charlotte, and we will CERTAINLY return here on future visits. Bravo for allowing us the privilege of staying in such a wonderful home away from home! Thank you!!!

Overall highly recommend this place~ it matches the pictures and is quite “home-y”. I prefer a private, contactless Airbnb experience so this listing was great for me~ the host has the check in experience streamlined to make it super easy and the space is detached from the home. Although if you prefer a bit more contact with your Airbnb host I get the impression he would also be open to chatting about what to do / see in Charlotte or helping you out. Concord, where this listing is, is about 20-25 minutes from downtown Charlotte which I found to be perfectly fine. You’re a bit closer to NoDa which is on the north side of Charlotte. I was looking for a safer stay than some of the areas where cheaper hotels are, so this neighborhood is as perfect~ very safe. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Chelsea and Neal's place was just what we were looking for when attending a concert at The Fillmore. Cozy, clean and just an adorable space that mixes vintage charm of stained glass windows with modern updates like the bathroom. A lush backyard with a garden, fountains and so much green. We stayed for one evening and had everything we needed. Affordable Uber (less than $10 each way) to concert and lots of places to eat close by- we enjoyed breakfast at Snooze on the way out of town. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you Chelsea and Neal for sharing this part of your historic home.

My wife and I stayed for only two days with our two dogs, we wish we had had the time to have stayed longer. The cottage is located on a quiet street with quick access to local restaurants and the nearby highway. Beautiful neighborhood, the type that you'd want to move to. If we ever plan another trip to Charlotte this home will certainly be the first one we'd try to book with.

It was a pleasure to stay in Rose’s Cozy Casita. We needed somewhere wheelchair accessible for my wife while our home was being renovated for her needs. The place was ideal, being right in our neighborhood, and Rose was a terrific, responsive, caring host. She was very understanding about the parade of caregivers and family that came to see my wife there, and she responded promptly to our inquiries about minor things. Highly recommended.

We just returned from a weekend at Anna’s rental cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Anna is an excellent hostess, and everything is as described. The cottage is clean and comfortable, and pet friendly is an added plus. Very good communication from the host as well.

Loved this cottage and will definitely be back! Very well appointed – everything I needed, including notably, good coffee, and a fantastic coffee maker! Comfortable, spacious, quiet, private, very well lit, great climate control, and spectacularly clean. Highly recommend it!

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding since it was close to our venue. Jill knew our situation and went the extra mile to make our already special night even better. The concrete walkway leading to the guest house was covered with rose petals, there was a congratulatory card waiting for us on the dining room table, and Jill even got us a decorative vase with our last name initial on it. Not to mention, we booked last-minute because our other post-wedding accommodations fell through, which made her effort more surprising and appreciated. Other than that, the guest house was perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable, clean, and private. Jill is a great communicator, too; quick to respond and helpful. 10/10

This place is super clean and in an amazing location. The instructions, cleanliness, and privacy were WAY better than average. We were impressed, and I am a bit OCD and meticulous in my cleanliness (critical care RN). Joshua was available, professional, and friendly. We did not need a thing. This place was perfect for our stay! We would most definitely stay here again.

We stay at a lot of Airbnb's and this one was absolutely stunning. Super clean, a lot of natural light, close enough to the city yet just fer enough to be away from the crowds. Katherine was VERY helpful and responsive.Also, the attention to details , from the notebook in the living room, to the little signs around the house, to the labels on the light switches, made it VERY easy for us. The only issue we had was the water in the shower smelled really musky and moldy. But other than that we loved it! Definitely will stay here again.

Jeremy was a great host! He communicated well throughout and even provided made to order espresso drinks the two mornings I was there (which were delicious by the way). The Airbnb is exactly as described and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed watching the fireflies at night in the country-like setting as well as how close and convenient it was to the venue where I was attending a work conference. I’d happily stay again if my travels brought me back!

When I visit family in Charlotte, if I don’t stay with family or friends, Amber‘s place is where I stay every time. The set up of the apartment is convenient to use. The location is great for me. And Amber is a gracious and responsive host.
